There is a known issue with downloading Knowledge Test Results reports. The digital team have been investigating this and a fix is being prepared. I will keep this ticket open to notify you once the issue is resolved. However, I believe you should be able to generate these reports still."

I can’t access the ebooks I have purchased.

Making school textbooks easy to access.

The new website is not as user friendly as the previous one. Teachers have found it difficult to navigate. Courses we had subscribed to were not there. The company was quick to rectify this once alerted though.

The reps were very friendly and eager to share information with our teachers, the books were delivered quite fast and they're the best choice when it comes to teaching Humanities and Social Sciences!

The session provided by Hodder was excellent, the venue was good and the presenter delivered a very informative session that was exactly what I needed at the start of term. I gained loads of useful information that I can take back to school and use in the classroom. I would highly recommended for any teacher new to A level Government and Politics or for anyone who wants a refresher!

Happy to see the new Hodder Education Magazine's platform. However, we are experiencing access entitlements issues which have been raised with our subscriptions agent. Once this has resolved I'm sure the star rating will increase.

I purchased a subscription to a book, but was not given access. I have contacted help but have not received anything yet. Purchased the same subscription a second time, as I really need access to the book and yet it still does not work.

Hodder should try making the online ordering user friendly

Don’t buy from this company unless you don’t intend to return anything back, as it will take upwards of 2 months to get your money back. I am still waiting for my refund… Never again!

Absolutely hopeless website search tools. Very ill defined. Even when entering the exact name of the book I wanted the search results were just a jumble of mainly irrelevant publications.

I have not had access to the book bought. It was a waist of money.

I have already been using the literature study guide for AS/A-Level Hodder French for Bonjour Tristesse. The website is user friendly and having samples help to make a decision.
