Order express delivery 2-3. On Feb 26 after 10am. It should have been processed next day. I even paid for express delivery. But how they get you they cut the wig price down. And you still have to wait because more then likely they have to get from somewhere else especially if there new. I emailed them a few times and they kept saying be patient. And they may have to get them manufacture or warehouse. Never offered to refund for expedited shipping! Why offer it if you can't provide it,Or on certain items. I sent email to cancel my order. Would rather pay the extra money and buy at shop hair wigs. I would have got my wigs in 2-3 wigs definitely. Just was trying to save some money. Never again smh! I hope I get my refund so I can order from them and can get my wigs asap!

I've been ordering from them for years....since before covid. You have to email them to make sure they have what you want in stock, but they get back to you within 24 hours. Personally, I've never had a problem with them, and I buy a lot of wigs. If you return a QUALIFYING item, they are lightning-fast with giving you a refund. They gave me my refund THE SAME DAY they received my return in the mail. Most of these wig companies take two weeks to give you your money back.

I bought very expensive $650 wigs from this company, the wigs I received were very poor quality. I tried many times to return the wigs and get my refund but with no avail. They refused to accept the wigs and refund me.

I placed an order last month and I have not received my product. I'm very disappointed!

Feb 2025 bought the16” 5 x 5 silk hair topper after watching YouTube. Cost AU$670. Clips very small. Arrived with strong chemical smell. After washing, hair is dry, frizzy and wavy, no amount of product and straightening makes hair look silky. Horrible product. Went in the bin. Purchased topper from Uniwigs - gorgeous product

I took a chance on this online store and am so glad that I did. They had my favorite hair in stock and it was half the price of other retailers. Also, I loved the free shipping for orders over $70. I placed my order on a Friday and received my items by Thursday; not bad for free shipping. I will DEFINITELY be using HSS for all my hair needs.

This store was recommended to me by my sister, because this is the site she buys wigs from. But I am very disappointed in their three pack bundles. My granddaughter wanted hair 26 28 and 30 length but when we got the hair, the bundles were so thin you could read through them, literally and the bottom of the hair was virtually non existent and very thin!!! Against my better judgment, She persuaded me to order another brand bundles to see if they would be thicker. Well, they’re not! I have spent over $350 for six bundles of hair that will not do a full sew-in. I am highly disappointed in this company and their false advertising. The pictures of the bundle on their website show that they are in fact very, very thick but that is not the case when you receive them! I also emailed them for a return label because a wig I ordered was not suitable for me and I have yet to receive it!!! I am beyond disappointed!

Everytime I order they end up giving me a Refund right before shipping Half my order because they are out of stock for the other products, the next time I will order from a online beauty supply like Ebonyline that keeps accurate records of their inventory and you can Not order products they don't have.
This company wastes my time, I have to order from another reliable company for the rest of the products.

Total scam. Went to pay for parking at Brancaster beach and was illegally redirected to another site and when I checked bank I had been charged £1.75. May not be a lot but if this happens a lot many wouldn’t notice.

Absolutely terrible hair! If you want hair extensions that mimic damaged hair then you would like them. Honestly I was so disappointed I ordered about 200$ worth of hair after seeing some videos but when I received the hair extensions they looked so terrible! My own hair was better than the rat tail of hair they provided m, honestly I was shocked how bad it was! I had to throw them away as the company will not provide a refund being based in India! BEWARE EVERYONE!!

I’ve never had a bad experience with this company and was warned today not to use them due to customers not getting their orders. I have been shopping with hair stop and shop since 2018 and have never had my information stolen or compromised. I also always get my orders and have never had a cancelled order due to out of stock items, although that’s not abnormal. I’ve had that happen with other big name companies. anyway, I placed an order before I was “warned” so hopefully all goes well. Like they say, ignorance is bliss at times. The only feedback would be to update those customer service email on all platforms. I’ve literally seen 3 different emails so far with my research.

Worst place to get your hair done very rude won't fix their mistakes had my daughter crying because they messed her hair up used a flat iron to curl and hair hair wasn't even curled I will never be back a waste of a 140 dollars

After the first purchases went well, the last one had been in stall for two weeks and then the company gave me a refund. I guess they change the spot for delivery and it causes them troubles. It’s a huge pity because, so far, it has been one of my favourite company to buy weaves and hair extensions

Eu já escrevi varias vezes para vocês pedindo a devolução do meu dinheiro. Fiz uma compra a dois meses e não recebi o produto, agora quero meu dinheiro de volta.

Not as advertised. The description stated that the wigs i ordered had combs attached. To my disappointment the wigs came without the combs as described. Hence, my reason for ordering.

I'm writing this review because instead of responding to emails, it seems the only thing they respond to is negative reviews. I placed an Express order on December 20, paid extra money for the shipping only for them not to ship it out until December 27. Given that Express is 2 day delivery, and I no longer needed it now, I requested to cancel my order on December 23 after seeing that they hadn't shipped it out by the end of that day.

I sent them two emails in total, one on December 23 and another on December 27 both of which have received no response. I requested a cancellation on my order but they still shipped it out days later. I'm currently just trying to get a full refund and to figure out how to ship back the unopened package.

Please respond to me so we can get the process started on a refund and return.

Ordered beshe BE wet and wavy bohemian curl bundles 20,22,24 on 11/5/21. On 11/12/21 I received beshe M bohemian curl bundles 20,22,24. Although bohemian curls, the bundles received are packaged differently are not wet and wavy bundles. On 11/17/21 I shipped the product back. On 11/22/21 I was issued a refund due to the item not being in stock.

Make sure you receive a pre paid shipping label from the company before shipping the item back.

I ordered from this company on October 19th I was given a tracking number but my package is still in new jersey where this company is located. The reason was Your shipment has potentially been delayed due to emergency. I contacted the USPS and they stated there was no reasoning behind why my package was delayed and I should have already received it. Its currently being investigated by the USPS and I have also contacted my financial institution. Don't shop with this company!!!
