Hair Stop and Shop Reviews 

I placed and order with this scam of a company and since, I was looking for a vendor/merchant that was close to my area to order from, so I immediately emailed them to cancel this order ASAP. I watched my email to get a notice from PayPal for my full refund, it didn't show up. I called them the same day to try to speak to someone, but no answer. I placed the order with another company and received my order in 2 days at less shipping cost. This scam thievery company Hair Stop and Get your money stolen company sent the order and it was 10 days later when I received it!! I told my son to run and give it back to the mail carrier before he left our street, to return it to this company! The order was a total of 29.75 ($22.80 for the unit, plus $6.95 for shipping). This scam company only refunded me the cost of the unit and kept the shipping fee!!! I feel since I cancelled the order, but they shipped it anyways. It was 10 days before the package got to me, so they didn't have it in stock!! I should be entitled to a full refund!! I'm through with these no good bum stealing and taking advantage of me!!

This is my 1st and last time ordering from this company. I ordered my hair days ago did just what they said and sent the email so it would be no signature required called to confirm they got the e mail and got no answer so I left a message they never got back to me not 1 time. Now today my hair comes and get sent back because they never followed through with the no signature so now I have a scheduled event that I have to be to this evening and no hair now I gotta run around and find a look all because they don't follow through or call back. I will never order from here again.

Don't make the mistake of giving these scammed your money. The label was damaged during shipment so the item was sent back to them and they only have me a partial refund. I'm now in the process of disputing this through PayPal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I must say after reading every single review, I was skeptical to purchase from this company. So happy I went with my instinct. I received my hair in a very timely manner, customer service was very professional, and I received exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend this company.

My first time purchasing a wig with this company the transaction went smoothly. I received my hair in less than 5 business days. Shipping is a fair based price. I will purchase from them again

I purchase hair from this company. I receive the hair in a time but was not satisfied with the way it look and feel . It was frizzy and rough. Some hair were in pieces. I return it for a full refund. When I contact the merchant to confirm the package was delivered to their company and when I will be refunded.The merchant was rude and never answer the question. The merchant never refunded the money. I file a dispute with my debit card company and I was refunded the full amount including the shipping. Make sure you read honest reviews about the companies before you make a purchase online.

I placed my order and received it later in the week. I was very satisfied with the speed of shipping and service I received. However I did receive the wrong product from the order that I placed. I received two of the same way except instead of the original order of two wigs of different color

I ordered on the 15th and received my complete order on the 19th! Not to mention they had every wig I wanted that happen to be out of stock on other sites. Annnnnnnd it was much cheaper than other listed prices. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I ORDERED YESTERDAY MORNING SPOKE WITH SOMEONE YESTERDAY EVENING AND GOT SEVERAL CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TODAY AS WELL ALSO SPOKE TO CS REP AGAIN EVERYONE WAS HELPFUL AND VERY REASSURING, MY PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY IN UPS WITH ITS TRACKING NUMBER

SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR YOUR LOOKING FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH HAIR AND YOU FIND IT ON THIS SITE ORDER FROM THEM GIVE THEM A TRY, CAUSE I DID AND IM HAPPY WITH THEM.

Received articles between 4 - 12 days to the UK with great postage pricing and tracking (items held up in Langley UK customs for some reason). I was able to use Paypal which made me feel safe.

Usually found product I was looking for and on the few occasions when not there are always similar product recommendations. Navigating the site is super easy and the wishlist function means you can save products you may buy at a later date. I have spent hours on the site (and on youtube) updating my wishlist.

There are so may products and at prices to suit every budget. Had always wondered how people managed to afford to look sleek. The site also has small rewards for loyalty which encourage you to go back.

I love this site not only for the products I've received but also because I'll be able to afford to maintain my fab 50 self in the future. A God send ;))
