Car was turned around in less than 48hrs which blew my mind as it was rear 3/4 damage.

Excellent service. My car was an insurance repair. The whole collection, repair and redelivery was quick, painless. I was kept up to date on everything. Car was returned looking like new. Spotless clean. Karen called me each morning with an update. Great service all round

Halo looked after my car because it had been hit by another driver. Their communication was first class the whole time. Lewis picked up and returned my car, he was very friendly and helpful.
My car was repaired quicker than they estimated and I cannot fault their service.

Friendly staff made what could have been a stressful experience much easier with clear regular updates as the work progressed and an efficient collection and delivery service. I found the ability to track the driver as he returned my car particularly helpful and I really appreciated the support of Jess the customer journey specialist.

Efficient and quality service
Within an hour of the insurer advising me that Halo would be dealing with my repair they had called me to book it in for 3 working days later. They came to collect the car and provided tracking so I knew exactly when they were going to arrive. The car was back with me the following day. When they called to book in the car they asked how often I wanted updates and they provided them as asked.
Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

Cannot believe how brilliant Halo have been. Some dimwit went into the back of my car in a car park while I was on holiday. Halo were assigned to deal with the repair - they were in touch straightaway, organised to collect my car from my home, collected it around lunchtime, took it back to their workshops 20 miles away and had it back in under 24 hrs having replaced the whole rear bumper and one of the rear light units. Amazing! Great communication, professional and polite. Highly recommend 🌟
