After my car was involved in a non-fault accident, the team contacted me quickly and arranged to collect it from my workplace. The receptionist was polite, informative and kept me updated in exactly the way I asked.
The car was repaired in just 3 working days, and the repair team did a fantastic job. You'd never know it had been in an accident. A lovely, friendly team. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

The car was picked up at a time and date that suited me as I was away from home when the accident happened. I was informed of when the car would be returned, albeit a couple of days late, due to a hitch.

Lincoln Site
Was really impressed with the service from the Halo ARC Lincoln site.
Had to have the grille replaced on my car. Issue was reported to insurance on Wednesday evening. Was contacted by Halo on Thursday morning to arrange a booking. I was expecting the repair to take a few days to a week. Car was picked up at 08:30 on Friday, by 15:30 that afternoon they had completed the repair and the car was back with me.
The team kept me informed of progress along the way, and in particular, when the car was collected, Brad, took the time to walk me through everything.
Massive thanks to the team, Drago, Dak, Richard, Lewis, Plamen, Brad, Justyn, Andy and everyone on the phones. The service was high quality and speedy and would recommend you all any time.

Really happy with Halo ARC. They did a great job repairing the damage to my driver’s side door. Jane was lovely and kept me updated throughout, which made everything really easy. The courtesy car was a great help too.

Bristol Team are Phenomenal
Car was turned around in less than 48hrs which blew my mind as it was rear 3/4 damage.
