OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, WORK QUALITY TOP NOTCH
I was allocated Halo at Lincoln for the repair of my Mercedes Benz and the service, communication and quality of repair work carried out was outstanding. The car went in with the rear bumper damaged and the car came out looking like brand new, it was gleaming. Without exacturation the car was immaculate. A big thank you to Matthew in the workshop and the 2 collection and delivery drivers Justyn & Brad.I did say to Matthew he had sent me the wrong car because the job done was outstanding. Cheers. Very good experience
Very good experience. Appointed by my insurer, Halo contacted me quickly. Collected my car and left very nice and tidy courtesy car. I was kept updated every day with the progress. All the staff to be commended on their positive and professional attitude - Jess in the office, Lewis and Peter delivering and collecting my car. To be honest, I never expected such a quick and seamless service.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service from Louise in the workshop.
I was dealing with the aftermath of a serious car accident and was already going through a very stressful and difficult time.
Unfortunately, my experience with Louise was extremely disappointing. I found her communication to be very blunt, cold and unhelpful. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to understand my situation, I was simply being told, “this is all we can do,” without any real effort to understand my perspective or explore alternative options.
I appreciate that there may be limitations when it comes to courtesy cars, but the way this was communicated made an already stressful situation considerably worse.
My issue is not simply that I couldn’t get the car I wanted; it was the attitude and lack of empathy I experienced when I was asking for help. I left the interaction feeling as though my situation was an inconvenience rather than something that deserved to be handled with care.

Incident Repairs
My car was collected and returned to me within 48 hours, which was so much quicker than I expected. At what is already a stressful time getting incident repairs done, I felt so at ease with the constant communication from Angelica, she was brilliant and so accommodating. John was also very informative and got the car collected and returned without any hitches. I must say I was very apprehensive to get repairs done, but I’m so happy with the overall results.

My car was recently repaired by Halo Pirbright. At all times they kept me informed of progress and also return delivery back to my home. The staff were excellent and extremely efficient and polite at all times.
This is the "Old Fashioned"expectation of service we use to experience. if only this was repeated elsewhere, life would be so much better!!

Halo Westbury
Halo Westbury were designated by Insurance Company after I was hit by someone who cant read the' Give Way' sign
Halo were quick to make contact and my vehicle collected in good time.
They kept me updated regularly and staff who collected damaged and delivered repaired vehicle friendly and pleasant. They even put fuel in my car before it was returned which was really helpful.
The work looks good but Im not a mechanic! But I ma sure its good!
