Alls well that ends well
My car had extensive damage along one side the HALO body shop repair staff are impressive the repair to my car is truly magnificent. Not so impressive is the fact my car was taken to the wrong HALO garage and so I had to wait 5 days after my car was collected to get the curtesy car and then 3 days later had to change it to a HALO curtesy car. Was also sent messages on 2 occasions saying my car was ready to be returned to me only to be told it was not ready. Nevertheless was truly happy to get my car back looking so pristine.

Great service. Halo liased with enterprise car hire for me to drop car off with them, They picked car up and kept updating me with how the work on the car was coming along, Work on the car was absolutely spot on, paint work when i got car back was perfect, as well as the parts that had to be replaced. Car then dropped off back to enterprise . Car looks like brand new again. Great job!!! Highly Recommend!!!.

Thank you for all your work on my car! It was amazing service- I am very glad my insurance picked Halo. There was clear communication from the beginning and then even kindly picked and dropped off my car. The damage was minimal but they ensured my car would look brand new.

Amazing turn around, easy, efficient and I didn’t have to worry about anything.
I had a small issue when it came back and Luke managed to come and sort it the next day, and at the time he said he would be there, very polite and professional throughout.

Halo were the approved garage to deal with my insurance claim for my front bumper. They called me straight away to arrange collection of my car and deliver the curtesy car . I was given regular updates on status of my car , as I did need my car back quite quickly for transporting my dog to the vet for an operation. They made sure I was able to collect my car before I needed it. They did a fantastic job . Lady in the office was a complete star ⭐ thank you

I was allocated Halo at Lincoln for the repair of my Mercedes Benz and the service, communication and quality of repair work carried out was outstanding. The car went in with the rear bumper damaged and the car came out looking like brand new, it was gleaming. Without exacturation the car was immaculate. A big thank you to Matthew in the workshop and the 2 collection and delivery drivers Justyn & Brad.I did say to Matthew he had sent me the wrong car because the job done was outstanding. Cheers.
