Brilliant service from start to finish
OkBrilliant service from start to finish. Following an accident involving a reckless driver my car was a mess. My garage said it was a write off so i can't tell you how delighted i was when my insurance company said to go ahead with the repairs!! You wouldn't know i had been in a bad accident. I'd give Halo 10/10!!! Just updated stars! I must have accidently entered 1 star instead of 5 stars!!🤗

The collection of my car and drop of…
The collection of my car and drop of the courtesy car was prompt, the repairs to my car were excellent, the car looked as good as new and the work was completed very quickly.
However the process for returning my vehicle was very poor. First of all I was told my car was repaired and would be returned that Friday afternoon. I waited in, no car was delivered. I tried to contact the repair centre at Doncaster to no avail. I managed to get hold of the office down south, they were apologetic and emailed Doncaster to contact me first thing Monday. Unfortunately that didn’t happen either. I had to leave for an appointment only to receive a text message telling me that my car was on route. I phoned Doncaster to inform them that we had not been given prior notification but that we would be returning in the next half hour. The operator said the message would be passed on to the driver. I then received a text to tell me that the job had been cancelled and to contact the office to reschedule which I did. I finally got my car back Monday afternoon.

Car collected from house. A loan car supplied... very new one.
Expected delay for parts etc.. allowed 2 to 3 days but returned the following afternoon.

It was quite difficult to find Halo at…
It was quite difficult to find Halo at York but the staff actually walked out to guide me between the 2 halves of M.M. industrial estate & were very friendly &approachable. This was at midmorning Thursday(for repair of badly gashed front door+grazed & slightly dented sill of my BMW.) To my amazement they delivered the car to my home in NE York in the mid evening of the next day. Although rain &dark prevented examining the work I was really impressed next morning & found the finish very good. Thank you so much Halo & especially the York team. Alls well that ends well
My car had extensive damage along one side the HALO body shop repair staff are impressive the repair to my car is truly magnificent. Not so impressive is the fact my car was taken to the wrong HALO garage and so I had to wait 5 days after my car was collected to get the curtesy car and then 3 days later had to change it to a HALO curtesy car. Was also sent messages on 2 occasions saying my car was ready to be returned to me only to be told it was not ready. Nevertheless was truly happy to get my car back looking so pristine.

Great service. Halo liased with enterprise car hire for me to drop car off with them, They picked car up and kept updating me with how the work on the car was coming along, Work on the car was absolutely spot on, paint work when i got car back was perfect, as well as the parts that had to be replaced. Car then dropped off back to enterprise . Car looks like brand new again. Great job!!! Highly Recommend!!!.
