Ordered tap extractor set and a replacement 3/8x16 SAE tap. Bad news is I received a M16x2 metric tap. Sent an email (no response from the web content form) and had a response overnight. Good news is the excellent communication and they sent a full refund. The tap I received looks really good - wish I had a need for it!

No returns
I also had issues with delivery times . When I tried to cancel, it was too late. No problem, I’ll just return it. Back and forth we went. They would not let me return the item. They said we'll take 30% off. WHAT??????? Finally settles for 50%. Be cautious of this company.

we had a little bit of a problem in the beginning because it was their holiday but they did their best to correspond and get me the answers I needed. I was looking for a certain thickness on screens and I needed them a certain size and what I received wasn't quite what I needed. they were gracious enough to refund my money immediately and told me to keep the screens that they had sent. they did their best to keep me happy and I would refer them for a product you might need
