Failed to deliver order, supposedly an incorrect address. Only Harfington has had this problem in my eight years at this address. Customer service would not take responsibility.

Paid for express shipping but item hasn't shipped
It's been 2 weeks since I ordered a set of clevis pins and paid for UPS Express 2-7 day shipping.
So far, all I have is a tracking number with a status saying the label was created but the package hasn't been shipped.
I got an automated email that the company was on holiday for a week, but that holiday was a full week after ordering.
I don't understand how it's acceptable to offer expensive express shipping and then take so long to ship the item.

Searching the web and trying to find…
Searching the web and trying to find just the correct size of spacer that I needed was overwhelming but this particular site had every increment in every size. Excellent communication when I received my spacers they fit perfectly. I’m glad that they have such a service for people that need strange and unique sized pieces.

Their website is very easy to navigate, and placing the order and pay is just as easy. Tracking and delivery were seamless and very quick.
Unfortunately I had an issue on delivery and had to reach out to the customer service team. Betty responded promptly and resolved my issue without any hassles at all. I have no hesitation giving a 5 star review.

Slow delivery, poor courier, and no response from Harfington
I placed my order on 16 September. It reached my local depot on 28 September, and the next day the courier (iMile) marked the delivery as failed at 9:45 pm because there was "no safe place to drop off". The package is tiny and would fit in a letterbox.
It has since been rescheduled twice and is now due on 5 October, 19 days after I ordered.
I asked iMile through their chat whether I could pick the parcel up from the depot myself. They said they would get back to me and never did. Their phone line was no help either.
I also tried to get help from Harfington by phone and by chat and got no response from either.
Harfington's choice of courier is poor, and when it goes wrong they don't communicate. If you need anything in a hurry, try someone else.
I'd like Harfington to contact me, confirm the parcel will be delivered on 5 October, and resend or refund the order if it isn't. I'll update this review if that happens.

Made my order website said was in…
Made my order website said was in stock. Delivery date set for 2 weeks later that date came and went product not at my doorstep. Got on to look at the status of my order and it was listed as unfulfilled. Contacted the company and they told me that it was out of stock. It would not be back for 9 to 12 days. And until I pushed back the reply I got was essentially a just deal with it . So not only was the order not fulfilled but I had to reach out to find out its delay. From the time of ordering the product to actually getting it was over a month.
As for the product itself, complete junk does not work as advertised. Would not order from company again. One star was too generous if I was being honest.

Ordered 2 adapters of the same diameter. Unfortunately on of them was smaller than the ordered seize.
I got a full refund after contacting them.
Mistakes happen.
