I ordered some SS M6 button head screws for a project that requred 12 NM of torque per specs. I couldn't torque any of them down, the allen head stripped out within about 8 NM. Typical Chinese garbage.

I ordered a product and it arrived damaged. I sent an email with pictures, and they replied right away with another tracking number. The replacement arrived intact. I will definitely buy from them again... things can happen, and they resolved it.
