Got a product bought with them by mistake. So I reached them out for a refund and they said the seller for this product wouldn't offer refund possibility but they would be compensating me back with a particial refund of 30%. I didn't accept that. I couldn't. This is about building - or not building in this particular case - relationships.

It's been 5 working days....
In the interim, I have been informed that no stock and delivery delayed. I have cancelled the order and waiting for a refund.
However, this has incurred delays in the project. The supplier should make it clear that stocks are held locally.

I had a real dilemma
I had a real dilemma. My '09 Subaru Legacy the entire dashboard was sticky and gooey and I could not for the life of me figure out what the problem was. Here, after I checked with AI, that year of Subaru was notorious for the dash MELTING!! So AI offered the solution of putting a cover over it and advised me to use Harfington. I couldn't be happier. It covered the awful black goo and it looks and feels so much better. Customer service was great and the package came in a timely manner. THANK YOU!

Bwhahaha so many other people on here recieving the wrong orders, or in my case not getting them at all. Don't waste you time or money on these scammers. IF and that's a huge IF they decide to send a random item to you, don't expect it to arrive on time, undamged or what was ordered. Totally unprofessional, partially illegal and useless in anyway that counts.
