Although the product we bought is intended for laboratory use, we used it to solve a plumbing problem. A 3-pack was perfect for the job. We would use Harfington again in a heartbeat.

Great products with excellent customer service
I ordered 85mm black push plate but received 100mm, which is a little bit wider. I managed to use one (out of 3) pair and leave the rest in the box. It was annoying & inconvenient when I had to order again from the local store in Sydney. This week I told their customer service officer the incident. They seriously took it on board. I sent them the photo of items I received. They’ve decided to give me a full refund, which is exceeding my expectation. I’m now considering of ordering more products from them because they have so many things I need on their online portal. Accident could happen with incorrect products but they rectified it efficiently and promptly once notified.

The staff was very helpful and nice. I tried very hard to work with the application link to no avail, however they continued to try to help me. It was not their fault, I just am not literate with today’s computer language, systems and operations. Fortunately, I was able to find another Hafington application that was simpler and easier to use so I was able to place my order.

Harfington ships parts from China that are substandard
I would not recommend buying anything from this company, the part I got was sub-standard, did not work as expected. Then they offered me 30% refund due to shipping being so high to ship it back to China!
