I.have been face very worst experience, I decided to.go.head with this surgery however my personal issue came up my father ill.and I have to send the money back home as last moment I inform.the clinic and the agent hakim well a head of the issue I face but they hot willing to.resolved this and I ask.the..to take some.money as an administrator fees and give.m3 my some.d3posite which help me to pay hospital bill.which they refuse can't belive such a big company have very small.customer query resolved imagine after surgery what we have to face is there any one to resolve.my problem

Great nurses, friendly team, extremely high level of hygiene and a fast results! Was looking for such a great medical center for years! Highly recommend.

I had to have a pre employment medical for a job overseas and Harley street could do everything that was required and the list was huge! The ladies at the reception were polite and helpful and the staff were great. I had everything done with no bother. I would use again.
Only thing I would improve is there was something written on my report that said told to take up with GP yet nothing was said to me about it.it wasn’t anything serious but would’ve been nice to be told about it face to face as I was there rather than read that when the report was issued 3 days later.

As a needle-phobic, I couldn't recommend getting a blood test here more. Simret was so patient with me, kept a smile on my face and I didn't feel a thing. Really easy to book online and cater for early pre-work appointments which is really helpful.

The service was excellent. My result came in earlier than expected. Harley street Health Centre’s workers has good communication skills, respectful and very accommodating. I really love to use the Health Centre for my antenatal if it’s available in South East London.

Perfect service, lovely staff, same day results

I have had a number of blood tests here and results are always quick and on time. Online booking and cancellation system very useful too.

This was my first time to come here and I was happy with my visit. The doorman was very nice as was the receptionist upstairs.
I went for a covid 19 antibody blood test with Simret on the 12/05/22. I found her to be very professional, friendly and quick. I received my results back the same evening so will definitely use this service again, if required.

The only small negative I would have is that the receptionist downstairs did not acknowledge either myself or an other patient that entered after me. She was probably busy but I still think an acknowledged would have been appropriate. But all in all, it was a very good experience.

I have been visiting this private GP clinic in London for a while now. Whenever I have a health concern I go to Harley Street Health Clinic.

Even though it takes me around 45 to 50 minutes to get to the clinic, flexibility is important to me, and this is something they offer.

I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get seen and the staff is always wonderful.

I get my results within the promised time frame & assistance with interpretation in case of blood tests.

For over a week I have had really bad pain around my abdomen area. I thought it was due to being constipated or not drinking enough water. So I have been delaying seeing a doctor. However, couple of days ago the pain got unbearable so I booked myself in at Harley Street Health Centre in Central London.

As I was in pain & wanted to see somebody urgently, I called & have been booked in for the same day.

After a thorough consultation, I have been asked to provide a urine sample. The result has arrived on the same day & been notified via phone about the outcome. It turns out I had UTI. I have been provided with a prescription & now I feel much better.

I do not recommend this health centre at all. The line is always busy, resorting to having to call 30+ times in a morning to even get on the line. By the time a member of staff speaks to you there are no appointments. I have called 5 times this week to be turned away and told to go to a walk-in, when the walk-in staff explained to me I need to speak to my own GP. The doctors are rude and don’t really listen. When I do manage to get an appointment the doctor has asked me ‘what do you think we should do?’, ‘what do you think the issue is?’. I have never met a doctor in all my life that has asked their patients what they think is wrong and what they think should happen.
It’s near impossible to get a face to face appointment despite all other practices being open as per usual after COVID. When you do have to go in (to take letters, samples) the receptionists are condescending and make you feel small.
No wonder A&E and walk-ins are overwhelmed with minor issues when the GP’s are turning their patients away.

Never ever been to a clinic where they discriminate you because of a disability, the staff including the guard waiting outside were complete ruthless, not even thinking about me as a patient but as them as a policy. I suffer from severe asthma and had my letter from gp stating I can’t wear a mask. It’s now 2022. Rude staff. I will never EVER step into that place again. I was totally humiliated in front of everyone. I really hope the CQC look into ghost behaviour how they treat people with disabilities,

And I don’t care what they reply now about their mask policy as obviously they DO NOT HAVE ONE. I urge everyone out there so not get fooled by these ruthless people who will humiliate you no matter what disability you have!!

Booked holiday to Gibraltar with my partner so I started searching for clinics providing PCR Travel tests. Before I found Harley Street Health Centre, came across some other clinics, however, they were not able to answer to any of my questions honestly & clearly. Worst of all, some they dont even have a phone number to talk to a person.

I booked my appointment with Harley Street Health Centre and they helped me calculate the date I should have my test in order to be valid when I fly. They also have contact details on the website to contact them in case you have any questions.

The team was extremely helpful and friendly. I recomend the clinic 100%.

They have been my personal GP for the last 7 years and i have to say there is no better private clinic in London for me and I have tried a few.

Dr Enam Abood is possibly one of the best GPs in London and I would not trust anyone else with my health really.

I had my Covid PCR test here this morning and was really impressed. The whole process was simple, safe, quick and professional. I called up first to ask questions about the test and the lady on the phone was friendly and informative. I then booked online and received email confirmation and instructions once booked. When I arrived for the test there was a man outside the clinic to sign me in and once inside everything was very clean and efficient. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I was told my results could take up to 48 hours but I received them on email earlier than expected, after just 10 hours, including a ‘fit to fly’ letter. Highly recommended service.

My wife and I had our COVID-19 PCR Fit to Fly test from Harley Street Health Centre on 17/12/2020 at 0900, with next day delivery by 8pm guaranteed for the results.
We are flying on 19/12/2020.

We were lucky enough to book in a next day appointment. The staff were very courteous and the clinic itself was in a great condition. Nurse Meron took our samples and made us feel well looked after. It took less than 5 minutes for the both of us and her technique was gentle.

My results arrived the next day by 1pm, however my wife’s results were a bit of a different story as we had to chase the clinic 3 times between 5:30-7:30pm to enquire on my wife’s results. We were told they would be delivered in 5 minutes after the first call we made but this did not happen.

Later on at around 7:30pm the clinic called us themselves to let us know there was a delay in processing my wife’s results but they will arrive by the night in any case.

The clinic called us themselves again to reassure us and not be worried, and the results along with the fit to fly letter were indeed delivered by 8:10pm after which the clinic called us again to confirm whether we had received them or not.

4/5 stars due to this slight mishap in processing times for my wife’s results which we had to follow up at the last minute but I can imagine the clinic must be very busy in this particular holiday period and putting in their best efforts to ensure all results are delivered efficiently.

Other than that everything else was great and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a private clinic.
