I wouldn't recommend at all quick to diagnose and not give you the medication. Get zero help and takes over a hour to answer the phone. STAY WELL CLEAR. Not at all a good company to be with.

I was already diagnosed and titrated privately, so I know exactly which medication works for me. I could no longer afford to stay private, and I only found out Right to Choose existed after that. I chose Harrow Health because they were advertised as the quickest provider.
I completed all my pre-assessment forms at the beginning of June. Four months later, I've received nothing but automated emails. When I asked for even a rough idea of my wait, I was told they can't provide any further information if I call or email, and that I should keep checking their website. I understand ICB activity plans are outside their control, but being unable to give any estimate, after promoting themselves on speed, is a real failing.
The impact has been serious. I've been unmedicated for months, I've lost two jobs as a direct result, and I'm finding it harder to cope day to day. Without a timeframe, I can't plan or decide whether to look at other options.
If you're considering Harrow Health, ask for a realistic timeframe in writing before you commit, and don't rely on the "quickest" claim.

Harrow Health are a complete shower of sh1te.
Like many others on hear, I chose them through right to choose. A quick initial response, and then they wanted 2 quick tests done before prescribing. The tests were done in February, and it is now nearly October and even after calling and emailing them, I still am no further forward.
Don't be fooled by their slick "no waiting times" bs. You would be better off not doing anything.

Harrow Health are appalling.
My daughter picked them through NHS Right to Choose for ADHD medication assessment. She has already been diagnosed and picked Harrow Health as their waitlist for medication assessment was not as long as others and we are local to them. After weeks of not hearing anything, my daughter went on-line to see if she received anything. I was with her and she clicked the i don't want an ADHD asssment button as she was thinking she just needed medication and the system just took her off immediately !!! Her profile disappeared and everything.
We called them straight away. After waiting 27 mins for someone to answer the phone, I was told by a very unhelpful and rude person called Charlie that there was nothing she could do and to go back to the GP and start the referral request again. My daughter was supposed to be going to University this weekend. The whole process has been going on for nearly 2 years.
I asked to speak to the manager as the button was literally just pressed and was told that Mandy was unavailable to talk to me andthat she couldnt do anything anyway.
I am totally disgusted by the attitude of the staff member. She needs to be trained on how talk to people, especially people who are vulnerable and
neuro-divergent. My daughter is in bits trying to cope with the thinking it could be another year before she gets any help. This has one phone-call has caused her to spiral and set her back, she doesn't want to go to university now. I am devistated.
NHS need to employ and train decent staff.

After an assessment i was perscribed nonstimulants (having already treatment set up with stimulants, clinic didn't follow).
Now i cannot get in contact with clinic. Multiple emails- no response. Previous working emails no longer accessible. No response to the phone calls (30min waiting on the line without response should be more than enough)
I do not recommend

I worked with clinician Girly and had such a positive experience! She was informative and caring throughout and made the assessment so person centred! I would highly recommend Harrow Health and Girly in particular!

Quick assessment from Harrow Health but awful customer service upon any issues with medication. Contact via phone is almost impossible and when you get through they can be rude and dismissive. They have also said that their emails are unmonitored, and they are unable to access their office for letters sent via post - which can leave you out of medication on occasions, and makes medication reviews difficult.

My husband would like recommend, Harrow Health ADHD - as they were very quick, efficient and especially Mica Virova, as she has made the whole experience stress and anxiety free. She is very understanding and has a lovely calm demeanour. Could not recommend her enough. Thank you

The last two appointments ran smoothly & professionally and the video appointments were always on time. Zohra was very helpful & friendly at Harrow Health.

Very disappointed with Harrow Health’s customer service and medication continuity.
I have been prescribed Concerta XL, with 36mg being the dose agreed at my last clinical review. I subsequently received 54mg in error, which I still had left over. After running out of my 36mg supply, I used the remaining 54mg and have now completely run out.
I submitted a medication request at the start of the week, and was meant to be contacted within three days, but I had to call them to chase up.
After being on hold for half an hour, I explained that I had completely run out of my prescription and had been struggling to function. I was unable to get out of bed for three days due to weakness, fatigue and low mood, and was due to travel abroad for 2 weeks in a few days time. I asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager or senior member of staff.
I called again on 27 August and made the same request. I was not offered contact with a clinician or senior member of staff. Instead, I received a text saying they could not see me before 15 September.
I understand that appointments can be limited, but I find it very concerning that after reporting that I had completely run out of medication and was struggling significantly, the response was simply to wait nearly three weeks for an appointment.
I also feel that the process for ongoing prescriptions and follow-up appointments has not been explained clearly. My last appointment in April was around 45 minutes late, and I have previously had to chase Harrow Health for prescriptions rather than having a clear process for maintaining continuity of treatment.
I am now going abroad for two weeks without my medication, despite repeatedly contacting Harrow Health and asking for the situation to be escalated.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience, particularly when I would expect a healthcare provider to respond appropriately when a patient reports being without prescribed medication and experiencing a significant deterioration in their ability to function.
Honestly the worst clinic! The admin team are so unhelpful and rude. I have needed a response from a a doctor to allow me to restart medication and it’s been close to 6 months and I asked if they could try and contact them again and they go we can only email, not call so you will have to contact them - which I have obviously tried many times. They just go well there’s nothing else they can do. Worst thing is they made my GP stop being able to prescribe so I have been without medication for 6 months and no one seems to care!
The clinicians are unprofessional (apart from a few). The customer service is shocking, the admin side of the process is disappointing- you spend hours trying to get through on the phone, their email inbox is also always full so you are unable to reach them through email. Prescriptions are texted to your mobile but 9/10 times are incorrect so you spent a day getting in touch to tell them it’s incorrect as you can’t text back to the number. My experience over the last two years has been poor. Choose another right 2 choose provider.
I was told my initial video call would be up to 2 hours but it was about 40 / 45 minutes and felt extremely rushed to the point I don’t think I’ve been diagnosed correctly my report which I was told would be with me in a couple of days took more like 10 days and had 5 incorrect statements in it making me feel like I wasn’t even listened to on top of been rushed! It was 3rd July when I received my report so straight away I submitted an on line complaint which I heard nothing from after about a month I rang and was told the department I’d got through to couldn’t help but was given the email address to forward my complaint onto which I did on the 7th August and 5 days later have still not heard anything back! An absolutely appalling service all round sadly
Harrow health are an absolutely shocking service. You can’t get hold of anyone when you call and if you manage to get through your on hold for over 30 minutes if not longer! You fill out their contact form and no one contact you.
Their service has to be one of the worst services I’ve been with!!
Been trying to sort out medication for over 3 weeks and when you phone to say you’ve run out and ask what your meant to do, all you get told is “your just have to wait”.
The only positive part of this whole experience was my titration appointments with Julie, who was warm and kind and made me feel supported.
Literally every other part of my experience with Harrow Health has been shocking. My assessor started the appointment by demanding to know “if I am female”, seemed in a rush to get through the appointment, checking boxes rather than listening to what I said. Same for another clinician I saw for my final titration appointment.
The communication is HORRIBLE. They do not answer the phone with a hold time of less than 30 minutes, and twice I have simply been disconnected after waiting for the better part of an hour. I was supposedly discharged a few weeks ago but they never sent the documents relating to duty of care to me or my GP, so they cannot prescribe me my medication. I waited 30 mins on hold to tell them this, and they sent me the wrong document, belonging to another patient. In a MASSIVE GDPR breach, I now have access to a stranger’s medical information.
I feel like I have been held hostage by this horrible, incompetent service and I cannot fathom how this is allowed to continue like this. This is a vulnerable patient population and the way I and others are being treated is appalling.
There is no way to contact the service directly, only the poor people they put on the front lines to handle overflow calls, who have no access to any information and at best can pass a message across. If this message is misinterpreted, you have to spend another 30 minutes on the phone and hope for the best. They do not have an email address advertised, and they do not respond to the contact form.
This is just completely and utterly unacceptable.
Shite service, I am beyond fed up with them. I have been accidentally dismissed, told incorrect information, and generally messed around by the sheer lack of organisation. Your initial diagnosis will come quickly but treatment? Good luck (!)
My experience with Harrow Health’s ADHD service has been extremely poor.
Telephone calls went unanswered despite spending over two hours waiting in queues. Voicemail messages were not returned. Emails often went unanswered and I had to repeatedly chase for responses. I submitted a formal complaint and did not even receive an acknowledgement for a considerable period.
Communication has been inconsistent throughout. Different members of staff gave different explanations of the process, and it took months to obtain a clear answer about what was actually required.
Despite already holding an NHS ADHD diagnosis through Right to Choose, I was required to complete ADHD pre-assessment questionnaires, provide historical information and supporting evidence again. This process and the reasons for it were never clearly explained.
The result was months of unnecessary stress, confusion and delay at a time when I was seeking treatment.
Based on my experience, communication, responsiveness and patient support fell well below the standard I expected from an NHS-commissioned service.
Great at the start, absolutely atrocious from there on out. No care for people what so ever! I wish I never chose them!!
this is a joke i have been chasing 4 weeks now for my results and no one picks up the phones and no one get back to emails or the forms you have to fill out please stay away from this place and it needs to be closed down and the people working here all need to be sacked its really is a joke and a very bad place i hope the people working here read this review then again they don't even have the computer on i bet once again this place is the biggest joke and everyone needs to be sacked for not doing their jobs
The ‘right to choose’ process was great to begin with, until it wasn’t! Their email inbox is full so every email I’ve sent bounced, and it’s impossible to get through to them on the phone (every time I got through after being on hold for ages, they’d say ‘call back in a week if nothing has changed’). Not great when they’ve got a supposed ‘duty of care’.
