I cant fault the service and attention we get as a customer of Harrison Bathrooms, we get very well looked after by Michael Thompson and Paul Hutchinson who always go the extra mile for us, Paul manages all of our orders and is always very prompt and efficient making sure we get what we need when we need it. 5*

I’ve been dealing with Harrisons Bathrooms since the very beginning, and over the years I’ve built a really good relationship with the whole team.

I can genuinely say they’ve always been there when I’ve needed them. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and if there’s ever anything that needs sorting, they always do their best to get it done.

Jon, our rep, has always looked after us really well, and Eve and Jess in the office are always helpful and reliable. Callum and Charlotte in accounts are also brilliant — always determined to get things sorted and always willing to help.

It’s been great working with such a good team and seeing the business grow. I genuinely wish everyone at Harrisons Bathrooms all the success for the future.

We deal with Paul on a daily and hourly basis and the level of service we receive is 1st class. All orders placed in a timely fashion, reports of OOS items received instantly and missing/faulty parts taken care of. We deal with many suppliers but I can safely say that Harrison Bathrooms and Paul in particular tops them all. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately when my screen door failed the Company was not able to help me fix it. They told me their lifetime guarantee has expired and tho they offer spare parts these don’t fit. I asked for an engineer to inspect as per the guarantee but they couldn’t do that either. It’s disappointing.

Unfortunately we had a leaking kitchen tap that was just outside of the 12 month warranty so I was referred to Harrison's Bathrooms/Scudo being the supplier. What excellent customer service! Fast response to all communication and they were able to assist in fixing the tap. Would definitely recommend.

Harrison Bathrooms supplied a scoge hot water tap for my kitchen. The unit failed after a short period unfortunately. Callum dealt with the issue very efficiently and quickly by supplying a replacement unit, which arrived the day after it was ordered, which has now been fitted and working well. Excellent customer service provided by Callum.
