2 dents in the bed frame
I would like to say that I was very happy with the overall delivery experience. The delivery team arrived on time, the installation was carried out efficiently, and the speed and professionalism of the install were excellent.
However, I was disappointed to notice that there are two dents in the frame of the bed. This was unfortunately apparent once the installation was complete.
Given that the rest of the service was of a high standard, I was surprised by this issue and would appreciate it being resolved. Please let me know what the next steps are to address the damage, whether that is a repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

Can never complain about the experience at Harvey Norman. It was St Stephen’s Day and they were out the door busy but service wasn’t compromised. Well done to all the great staff members who showed up and worked so hard the day after Christmas ❤️

Ordered online my item was ready to collect from the store within 1hr ,great service .I didn't even have to go into the store ,I availed of the click and collect option ,and I just followed the link on the email ,and parked in the car space provided and a lovely member of staff brought the item out to me ,great service .

Buy your tv elsewhere
Very inefficient / frustrating process from start to finish. Too many calls and follow ups required with Harvey Norman and the crowd they use to install the tv's. Topped off with the lads from the tv installation service failing to take the inconveniently sized TV box (85") with them because Harvey Norman doubled booked the tv and tv bracket: one was sent to the house, and the other brought with the tv installation lads. This meant (apparently) there no space in the van to take the packaging away. They said they would be back the next day to pick it up. That didn't transpire and radio silence despite multiple follow ups. Buy your tv elsewhere.

Marcin from the Fonthill store was…
Marcin from the Fonthill store was absolutely brilliant assisting me with a delayed order I made for Christmas. From start to finish he ensured I was updated via phone, gave me all my options and ensured he went above and beyond! The customer service I received was something I have never experienced.
On collection he helped me bring my item to the car, issued me a refund and provided me with some additional options that worked great.
