We visited your Airside store last night and today with the view to buying a new TV and soundbar, I have to say the young man, James, who assisted us, is an absolute credit to your store, he was polite, mannerly and very informative, it was a pleasure to deal with him and we will certainly look for him in future when the need arises

Delight with the Ava sofa bed, the staff were great from Frank in the shop to Paul & Dylan who delivered and assembled it 👍

Bought a Samsung TV 50” at €799 online only to be told 5 mins after purchasing that the item was not in stock. I requested an immediate refund which has take 7 days to be actioned and now I have been told I need to wait a further 5 days to receive in account. I received very poor customer experience following purchase with false promises as to when the refund would be actioned and no responses when emailed to enquire on the status. Very very disappointing experience.

Paul and Dylan took great care entering my home with the delivery. They are very friendly and I would recommend them and Harvey Norman to anyone.

Dealt with a lovely lady in their store: Airside, Swords. She was exceptionally efficient and polite. Sorry I didn't get her name. When the table was delivered it was done so by two gentlemen, Ryan and Dylan. In an age where good manners are fast disappearing it was great to see two young men who worked so hard and remained pleasant and courteous. If I were their employer, I'd be working very very hard to keep these three people. Thanks again.

Very impressed by the sales advice I received from Justin on purchasing a new phone. Professional, friendly and courteous. Not hard sell at all, listened to what I had in mind and helped me choose the right solution for me.

The delivery tracker was brilliant. Old cooker disconnected and new one installed within 30 minutes. All packaging taken away. Great service.

I bought a new Tv from swords branch Friday last
I was fortunate to meet James Neary
A most helpful young man ,made you feel confident about the product.
When he came to check stock there was several available but to his disappointment not in the store .
Hé was v apologetic but reassured me he would collect one from stock on his break & delivered it to my home so I pd immediately.
James did more than work & I feel hé is a Hugh addition to your staff
Two days later i also purchased an air fryer from him .knowing I would have confidence again I choose the most suitable for me .

My Sony Bravia KD-50x75WL broke down less than 3 years old. I put in a fault report provided details and received email promise to contact me within 24hrs. After a few days I followed up with email. Only silence from HN. I expected better .

Have been using them for years for anything ive needed from furniture to house appliances and presents too , Ive had massive help from Solomon in the Tech department and David in the furniture department

It was great service. Shop assistant was amazing, helpful and gave much information about products. Thank you!

Excellent, friendly, helpful and expert all round service from Solomon from purchasing a new phone, trade in of current phone and best experience of my time in Ireland. Lucy provided excellent, friendly, helpful service during the transfer of my data from one phone to another. The store location and atmosphere is amazing, great service and experience.

Purchased a TV online for collection at Airside branch. Waited nearly 30 minutes before someone came to tell me that I had to collect at a different address, even though the confirmation email stated Airside for pickup. The new location (back of Dublin Airport) was closed & only open 9 to 5 (I work these hours). Told him to cancel order but two hours later, it's still showing as awaiting collection. They have my money & I have no TV so tomorrow will be more wasted time trying to remedy.

Crap service & won't be using them again. Recommend stick to other shops that don't give you BS runaround.

I bought a TV at the Swords branch and had a problem with it when I got it home. I brought it back to the store and they replaced it for me without the slightest trouble. I found them to be knowledgeable and cared about looking after the customer. A rare combination these days

I just recently moved into a new home and Damian in electrics was more than helpful. His professionalism, warm personality and advice made me constantly return to the store. I have spent thousands and it’s all down to Damian!!
Joe was also extremely helpful one day when Damian was off.

Daniel and Adam were absolutely brilliant on delivery, they went above and beyond to get a large fridge and a washing machine up the 3 flights of stairs in our house. Most people would have refused, but the lads couldn't have been better, somehow managing to keep laughing and joking the entire time! Can't thank Daniel and Adam enough!

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Richard in home appliances in Swords Airside, after weeks with a faulty dishwasher, talking to manufacturer directly without any resolve insight, we reached out again to Harvey Norman and this time Richard luckily answered, and resolved the issue after taking our call... The staff were excellent and helpful. I reviewed several laptops and I am delighted with the Samsung I purchased. The cashier was very helpful as I had gift cards and money to pay for the laptop, as this was a retirement gift from the company I had worked for. So the cashier was very helpful with receiving gift cards and loose money. Welldone 😊
