Wonderful chilis that arrived frozen in Chicago.

Living in Florida being a New Mexican native there is no fresh green chile! I try to order every year a supply for my favorite from home dishes during Floridas “cold” season! The delivery was fast and my chile was still frozen! Will continue to order as long as it’s available!

Once again, easy to order, shipping info upfront and quick, chilis arrived frozen. Can't wait to start cooking!

First order of chili rellenos was on the truck for 12 hours - arrived thawed. Company was good about sending a new shipment - however, it also arrived partially thawed. I am done with this company. They need to figure out how to ship perishable food! Such a waste of my time and money!

We order 25lbs of green shipped to upstate New York every year for the past 4 years and always roast it fresh on the grill and freeze for the year!

We received our frozen green chili on the same day it was shipped. It was cool to see over the years, the packaging has come down to a science which has made recycling/reusing easy. As for the chili itself - tasty, tasty!

The box of chiles arrived and there was not a bad one in the bunch. The shipment arrived clean and fresh. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very smooth. Will order again.

First time ordering the hatch, Chile salsa through this wonderful family owned company. I always make my own salsa after roasting hats, chilies, and made a wonderful batch of some very spicy salsa to give out to staff at my church and family members. We all loved it very much so they make a little easier. I wanted to try this family owned operation and have found their hatch chili salsa to be quite superb and excellent. Thank you very much for your dedication to quality product and delivering a wonderful flavorful product that I will be able to obtain again in the future.

We previously wintered off/on 7+ yrs in Elephant Butte, NM, 40 mi from Hatch, and visited Hatch often. I grew up in CA eating chili from a very young age, but there is simply no comparison to the flavor of New Mexico chilies. We no longer travel in our RV, so I must now get my NM chilies delivered by mail. I began ordering online from The Hatch Chili Store 2 yrs ago and ea order has arrived within a few days, packed to perfection. Cold products arrive in ice packs, solidly frozen, and jarred chili and sauces packed in individual sleeves and never any breakage. I can highly recommend them if you are like me and cannot live without NM Chili!

So grateful to be able to get my green chile fix even when I can't be there for roasting season! The rellanos were amazing. Pricy but worth it! Next I'll be trying the green chile and chicken tamales!

Accurate flavor, heat!
My grocery store, in California, thankfully carries Hatch during the short season, but each pepper tastes differently and they look tired...
Buying them directly from you has solved a few issues,
Hot, Is Hot! Finally!!!
Consistent flavor throughout the box.
I've never been able to buy them this fresh and firm.

One of the best things is the shipping. The products arrive fresh and just like you bought them right off the store shelves or freezer displays. Excellent service and excellent products. You can’t go wrong!

chilis arrived in great shape: we roasted them right away, and froze most of them. We did make a batch of fresh salsa right away, and flavor is great!
