Awful. At checkout, their cart changed the delivery address to my billing address. I didn't want the basket shipped to me, so I called right away. They said it was too late to change. A week later, tracking shows it has yet to ship. Absolute fraud. Avoid at all costs!

Lovely baskets
Lovely baskets - but I asked for them to be delivered on 12/16 (when I'm in the office) but it came earlier, which was inconvenient. Also the box that the spa gift came in was bent so I had to repackage it. The basket with the stocking was also askew so that had to be repackaged. Finally, I wish the baskets were shipped with something other than those packing peanuts that get everywhere.

This company if FRAUDULENT
This company if FRAUDULENT. They claim they can send you anything BUT what you specifically ordered and paid for. This is their buisiness model: to defraud their clients by sending them items barely worth half of what you pay for. They claim that their fraudulent and predatory buisiness practices are protected by the law. We must band together in a class action lawsuit against these criminals. If any other client or lawfirm seeing this and would like to participate, please contact hazeltonlawsuit at outlook dot com. My personal experience was purchasing a $140 Deluxe BBQ basket, but they sent me some dried pasta, 2 jams and 2 plushies worth less than half of what I paid. They scammed me blind and refused to refund or have me send it back for exchange. Theft and fraud is their buisiness model and karma will come back to bite the owners and complicit staff. Anyone in Scarborough, go to the storefront and demand your money back in person, protest outside, let anyone know that Hazeltons defrauds their clients and help get them shut down and charged.

Buyer beware! Because they don't care.
Placed order online for "Divine Gourmet Gift Basket" which was anything but especially considering it cost $135.00. Substitutions were sub par to items shown on web site. Especially Fair Trade Coffee which was subbed by non fair trade generic breakfast blend. Chocolate Truffles were substituted by plain assorted chocolates. The basket arrived damaged due to lack of care in handling instructions prior to shipping. Issues were raised with their Customer Service Agent who hid behind their "policies" of substitution and packaging and failed to acknowledge their blame. We were so embarrassed by what we received that we would not gift it to the intended recipient. We won't buy from them again and neither should you. It was our first and will be our last purchase from this non caring organization.

Regarding the shipping concern, I’m sorry for the confusion. It appears the order was placed through our U.S. website, which processes payments in USD. Because of this, the amount you paid in CAD was converted to $99 USD, which is why it did not meet the $100 USD threshold required for free shipping on that site.
We understand how this could feel misleading, especially when the Canadian amount seems to exceed the requirement, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll work on making this clearer for customers moving forward.
Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. This is a bait and switch operation with small print that you supposedly agree to their “substitutions and no refunds policies” although I never agreed to a totally different product that was likely bought cheap at a local grocery store! Pure garbage. My sister said it looks like the items were from the dollar store, everything was substituted which means they really didn’t have the product I was ordering at all!

Dime Store Gift Basket
The item in the picture was high dollar in presentation. The basket received was dime store quality. The specialty items I added were not included. When I reached out to customer service their response was quick with "In these situations, we carefully replace unavailable items with similar products of equal or greater value to complete the order without delay. The degree of substitution can vary, and in rare cases, the entire contents of a gift may differ from what was originally shown". NOT the case with what was received by the recipient. Will put Hazleton's on the bench.
