Great service - Abbey and team always quick to answer emails and return calls. Managed to get to exchange and completion in just over 2 months - even over Christmas/New Year

We came across this company by chance for the purchase of a buy to let and cannot fault their service.
The whole process has been smooth and very easy and the communication from Chris and Rupert has been fantastic.

My acting solicitor, Chris Bowesman, managed to get the transactions completed very smoothly without any stress to myself, which is so important for me when you have work commitments and are short on time. I was really impressed by the fact that if I had any questions or queries, Chris would be available on the phone when I called, or would call me himself to explain matters rather than going back and forth via email chains. This is not service I’ve received previously with other firms so it was extremely appreciated.

HCB extended a lease on a flat for us. Despite our mortgage company being obstructive, HCB persisted and were able to extend the lease with little hassle to us. We have used HCB before for other services, and we would use them again without hesitation.

I am delighted to write this review for Chris Bowesman of HCB. Chris recently helped me with both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new one. There was a tight deadline, which had some challenges. Chris was very easy to work with, his direct no-nonsense approach meant I had complete confidence and stress levels were kept to a minimum. I thank him for his work as a solicitor and the added bonus of his humour to keep things in perspective. I have moved house probably about 8 times in my lifetime and this has been the best experience by far.
