Is really easy to made an order, and I got everything fast.

I received an email 2 days after ordering G tubes that they had been shipped and I was so pleased at the quick turn around. The package arrived today with the wrong product in it. I have called and left a message but so far no response from the company.

I bought a Aero Eclipse R BAN Nebulizer for my home compressor and it works great,
it is like the ones in the hospital but is made for home use. I will buy from Healthcare Supply Pros again.

Prices are good but the company doesn't give you any way of easily checking order status. Every time I tried to call customer service I was directed to a voice mail. I would say that in today's day and age they are a little behind the times. However, once my item did ship, shipment was very fast and nice.

I selected 3-5 day shipping. I'm still waiting 9 days later!

Item shipped to billing address not listed shipping address. Due to health issues I have been unable to get the package even tho it delivered Weds

I ordered 6 pair of scrubs for my husband. I called to place a phone order to make sure I got the correct items and colors. I asked about the color codes to make sure they matched. I recieved them and they are not the same shade of blue. Very dissapointed. I now have the hassle and cost of returning them.

Easily found what I needed., placed order and it arrived promptly. Not by Pony Express like some orders arrive.

I THROUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR THIRTY NECK PAPS. THEY USE TO BE ABOUT $28.00 now there almost $50.00 for 30.

Ordered a 3 wheel walker. It took 1 month several calls and email before my purchase was finally sent. It came in a ripped up box held together by tape. Fortunately there were no pieces missing even with the gaping hole in the box. The gave me a useless tracking number that I assume was for the return receipt and not an actual tracking number. If you want you purchase in a timely manner, good customer service and shipped correctly in an adequate box, I suggest you look elsewhere.

There should not be a restocking fee when items are exchanged. I can understand a return but when items are exchanged for size the customer should be charged.

Have not received yet. Have sent two messages asking for tracking because it has been paid for since January 4
