My purchase came really fast & was just what I wanted. I would recommend this supplier.

On 1/18, I placed my order and paid an additional charge for 3-5 day shipping. Today is 1/26 and I have yet to receive my order. I would have to rate your service as Unsatisfactory.

Fast shipping and exactly what I wanted

My return email went to junk mail, but once cust service helped me find it I had the info I needed to return the item.

I never received an email with the date of shipment nor if the item was shipped. I didn't receive a tracking number either. I went back to your website and couldn't find a why to track or check my order. I really liked your site for having the nebulizer I needed and was planning to purchase another from your company. However, since I was unable to know or was not informed when my order was shipped I don't know if my son's school received the badly needed nebulizer that I ordered.

FANTASTIC !!!

I ordered a product that I had ordered before. They sent a product much inferior that in NO way would replace the ordered item. When i called them they said it was the recommended replacement since the manufacturer was no longer producing the product. I checked with the manufacturer and the product was NOT discontinued and they did not recommend the replacement which had a value less than 50% of the ordered product. I had to call 3 times to get a return label and then my money was not refunded until several month later after I filed a dispute with PayPal. Also, when I called Healthcare Supply Pros, twice it was obvious that I was not talking to a person in a office but to a person in a car because of road noise. That doesn't sound like "Pros."

I had no problems with this company. I got exactly what I ordered and it was delivered faster than expected.

They took my money for supplies and a 5-day delivery three weeks ago. Still no supplies. No answer to my emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered 2 scrub pants and 2 scrub tops. I got 1 scrub pants and 2 scrub tops.
I was charged for what I received, but there was no explanation. It did say there were 2 ordered and one delivered. Do I have one scrub pants on backorder? Will it be filled when it's available?

I ordered the supplies on 11/15/2012, I received only an e-mail to confirm my order, but after that, no further communication from them. I don't know when they are going to ship my order and when my order will arrive. I actually ordered other supplies from the other company at the same date. The other company has e-mailed me already and told me they have shipped my order and provided me the UPS tracking number. I feel very unsecure about this company, because I don't know if they are going to ship my order or not. Anyway, till now, I have not heard anything from them and have not received my order.
