Lovely member of staff - quick & eficient at doing shingles vaccination with clear explanation

Carol who did my blood test was very pleasant to talk to,very helpful,explanatory and friendly.

My partner and I recently came in to get travel vaccines for our upcoming trip and we had the pleasure of being looked after by Bethany in the White Rose Superdrug store in Leeds.

She was absolutely incredible in our 3 visits. Made us feel very at ease, giving us all the relevant information and advice about what we might need without being pushy. She was super friendly and it felt like chatting with a friend who had our best interests at heart.

Despite the fact we had to keep coming back to get jabbed in the arm and spend a lot of money we both looked forward to seeing her each week because of how kind, funny and welcoming she was.

Overall she made our experience such a pleasant one and I couldn't recommend her enough if anyone is going anywhere that needs some vaccines!

Had my travel vaccinations done at the Superdrug Manchester Piccadilly clinic across three visits and the whole experience was excellent. A special thanks to Heather, who was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely lovely to deal with.

Nurse Kayleigh was professional, knowledgeable, confident and friendly. I would 100% recommend this service with Superdrug to friends and family. The Doncaster Superdrug store looked good, clean and was well stocked.
My son and husband had appointments the day after me and Nurse Kayleigh had listened to things I’d said so that when they arrived for their appointments they felt as I did. None of us felt any pain or even discomfort during the administration of the vaccines.
All appointments ran on time and successfully.

I had such a positive experience with Cianna at Superdrug (Brentcross). She was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was feeling quite nervous, especially because I’m not good with seeing blood, but she immediately put me at ease with her calm and reassuring manner.

Cianna took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and her friendly approach really helped ease my anxiety. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.

I have used this service before, excellent for blood tests and extremely easy to book online. The nurse in the Buchanan Galleries Glasgow, Nicola was an excellent phlebotomist making the whole procedure simple and straightforward and the appointment running on time.

We visited Superdrug in the Merrion Centre, Leeds for holiday vaccinations. The service was outstanding. I have a fear of needles but Zahra was patient, kind & understanding. What a professional individual 👏

We used the clinic for family vaccine service. The clinic and pharmacy at this branch (Broad street, Reading) of Superdrug were great. Both the nurse and the pharmacist were very friendly, experienced and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

I had the smoothest vaccination appointment I have ever had at the Edinburgh Princes street health clinic. I am very afraid of needles but my nurse, Steve, really helped settle my nerves and make the injections as quick and painless as possible.
