Brilliant service. Amanda the nurse was fantastic .

We received frank and reassuring advice regarding our recommended holiday immunisations by Amanda in our local branch clinic. We were given ample opportunity to reschedule these and the jabs themselves were delivered quickly and painlessly at modest cost. A great option.

Really quick, easy, and simple to you. I would consider using this service more than going to a GP.

We’ve been twice now and both times the nurses were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and thorough, customer service was excellent, highly recommend them.

Jess, the clinic nurse was extremely professional and proficient at our travel health appointment. She already knew which country were visiting and could inform us which vaccines we needed. She told us of potential hazards, ie drink only bottled water, and do not eat salads or unpeeled fruit.
Her manner was friendly, kind and patient,and I would not hesitate to visit Superdrug at the Fort again for any other healthcare problems.
One issue of concern was for Jess’ safety, as while we were with her, a man who did not have an appointment, opened the consultation door and insisted she spoke to him, she was firm and polite to him and he eventually went away, but maybe a male member of staff should be in close proximity to her consulting room, should she need assistance quickly.

Mel was amazing, fully aware of the treatment she was giving to her patients.
She is through and explained in detail.
I had great time and treatment with her.

My husband and I had our vaccines at the Superdrug store on Deepdale Retail Park, Preston. Cathy was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about what vaccines we required for our trip. Thank you very much Cathy.

My Husband and I went to the Deepdale Superdrug for a holiday vaccination. The nurse's name was Cathy and she was very helpful, friendly and gave us lots of information.

I could not recommend Nicola and the superdrug health clinic in Headingley more! What a fantastic experience from start to finish, I was never made to feel as though any question was silly about travel vaccines and health and I was completely supported by Nicola throughout the experience. Nicola went above and beyond to help me find my vaccines despite shortages, she is absolutely fantastic I cannot thank her enough!

Excellent professional service provided by Steve at Edinburgh Superdrug.

Timetables kept to by both parties, Jess was efficient polite and understanding throughout ( fort shopping area, Bham). Explained everything and what actions we should take going forward.

We were seen by Kathy. She was so lovely and gave us the time to ensure we felt informed and comfortable. She is an absolute credit to you and there needs to be more people like Kathy in the world.

Karen at the Birmingham Bullring was so lovely and attentive as I felt quite worried I wouldn’t be able to go ahead with the procedure. She reassured me and was supportive and lovely throughout. And I got my hearing back! (Ear wax removal) I can’t tell you what a relief it was and she understood, putting me at ease.
Can’t recommend this service enough. I will check out the other services they do here too.
