Absolutely awful firm. Noone came to the airport to collect our car, they kept telling us to put our keys on the windscreen and they would collect. We refused. We had to pay double for another company to park our car and I have been emailing since to try and get a refund and I have heard nothing.

Both drop off and pick up were significantly delayed and we almost missed our flight because of it. There was no "on site presence" and only excuses when I phoned. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

One hour and a half waiting for the car at Heathrow Airport with an initial estimate on the first phone call of half hour to 45 minutes. Many other customers waiting on the long stay area with me for 20 minutes maximum booked with different companies.

Absolutely appalling service from this airport parking company. I left my car with them expecting it to be looked after while I was away, but instead it was returned to me damaged. The damage clearly occurred while the vehicle was in their care, yet nobody informed me, took responsibility, or even had the decency to apologise.

To make matters even worse, when I arrived to collect my car, my keys had been left on the wheel of my vehicle for anyone to take. This is an unbelievable level of negligence and completely unacceptable. The fact that they would leave a customer’s keys unsecured shows a shocking lack of professionalism and raises serious concerns about how they operate.

Since discovering the damage, I have repeatedly tried to contact the company, but they have ignored my calls and messages. Their complete lack of communication and refusal to deal with the issue only makes an already terrible situation even worse.

I trusted this company with my vehicle, and they failed in every possible way. Not only did they return my car damaged, but they also compromised its security and then refused to engage when I raised the issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice. Based on my experience, I would never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone

Booked by mistake not realising it wasn't the official parking - cancelled immediately but they still deducted £20 for 'admin fees'. Sounds like a scam company

We booked 'off site parking' with a shuttle bus into the terminal, SPECIFICALLY because of just how much we HATE navigating the airport parking at Heathrow, how stressful it always is and what a grim start to a holiday it creates!

So to be told, when we made the required call one hour before our arrival, that we needed to get our car to the Short Stay car park at Terminal 2, because 'THE shuttle bus was not operating that day' we were less than thrilled!

After 3 phone calls, made necessary before we could understand what we were actually being told to do, due to the heavy accents of those answering calls, we found we had to find our way to the very car park within the airport that we had been been trying to avoid! And of course the whole experience was then exactly as vile and as stressful as it always is!

THE shuttle bus (surely any kind of a bona fide operation would have more than one shuttle bus available???) was still not operational 10 days later when we returned, begging the question was there ever really a shuttle bus, or did this dodgy operation simply not want customers to see where our cars were being dumped while we were away???

To compound our annoyance even further, neither the drivers nor our car were even at the terminal at the agreed times on either occasion, PLUS we were obliged to pay a further £8.00 each time to enter/exit the terminal car park.

Things in our car had been moved, altered and adjusted - why that might be necessary is a question we chose not to even address!

If we could give this outfit ZERO stars we would do so and we will NEVER use them again!

Do not leave your car with them. The car park looks like a skip. I came this morning and they said they need to drive me to the airport in my car. I asked if they have insurance to drive it and they refused to show it. It looks like a scam. I did not leave my car with them and drove to Heathrow instead and hope they will provide 100% refund.

Went to heathrow terminal but they never showed up . I’ve emailed for a refund but the y are not responding

Do not use this company. Just a bunch of scammers. Won't return my refund even after several phone calls & emails.

Paid for the business meet and greet!! what a mug i was !! Turned up late and had to pay for parking on top
On our return!! again late and had to pay parking charges on exist
I wrote a really honest email of my experience in hope they would at least look into our issues

Absolutely horrendous. My car came back after waiting an hour from the telephone call. It was covered with bird mess and sap from a tree. It had clearly been dumped somewhere under a tree. Had to pay £30 for it to be cleaned to be told if I hadn't acted immediately to remove the sap that it would have had to have a respray. Contacted the company immediately via telephone and the bloke hung up on me, I then sent over pictures and a video, no reply to any of my emails. Disgusting company service. DO NOT use this company. I wish I had received this warning. If I could upload a video you would all be shocked at the state of my lovely car.

We booked parking through this company and unfortunately realised it was a scam afterwards, we should have looked up reviews beforehand, unfortunately we were left without parking and had to make last minute plans and ended up paying twice. Very stressful start to a holiday.

Appalling, after a 4hour wait and the contact number going to answerphone, I hired a car to get home 60 miles away. Eventually I had to drive back to Terminal 5 and my car was returned to the airport with a driver that said he knew nothing, couldn’t help and was just told to deliver it. No apology, no explanation and nocompensation for the extra £130 I had to spend.

Terrible service. Waited an hour to have the car picked up. Waited an hour and a quarter to recieve the car back.
I was told ten minutes twice after waiting 40 minutes until they simply stopped answering the phone. Had to pay £20 not £8 for the short term parking due to their delay.
Please do not ruin your travel by using this shoddy firm.

Cancelled booking due to injury and was told a £20 fee would be taken and I would receive £19 refund. No refund 3 weeks later. No response to emails, phone calls and their online chat doesn't work. Avoid this company.

My experience with this service was fine once i got home, but it is as mental as all the other reviews the place you meet them looks like a scrap yard and they are just chilling in a car where they keep your keys in lock boxes, i didnt have a long wait for my car apon collection it inly took ten mins once i called them once i was at the pickup point. The cars are parked together really close in their car park, when i got my car back it was fine the correct millage was on the car that they said, the driver had left an apple in my car but my car is a 20 year old banger with more rubish in it than most bins so fair play but still it is not a professional looking outfit and only saves you £13 to the long stay shuttle which in my opinion is great,

Ive left a 1 start review because i was worried about my car from the second i dropped it off and it ruined my day. But in the end it was actually fine

They need to find a better drop off point for your car because no one should see where and how they park your cars its mental and a fire hazard

If I could score them zero I would. Had an early flight and arrived at 3am, rang them at 2am an hour before arrival and was told in very broken English that they don’t start til 4am. The guy turned up about 4:30am, looking like he’d been dragged through a hedge backwards. No uniform, no ID, no manners and no soap judging by the smell. Reluctantly handed over the keys and on return they were actually on time but we were delayed coming through passport control. They bombarded us with calls asking if they can leave the keys under the wheel to which we said no. Car was parked like a child had driven it and then probably the worst thing of all the smell in the car was, and still is, absolutely disgusting. DO NOT use this company under any circumstances.

Booked parking after reading the dreadful reviews I tried to cancel my booking. None of the links worked on my booking I finally got an email address to be told I would have to go through my bank for a charge back as their system is not working. Just be aware when booking this company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely abysmal from start to finish. Turned up 40 minutes late to collect our cars. Very rude on the phone. Made US pay for the parking tickets on top of the advertised price. Then told us to hurry up on the return after having been told we were in a queue, then had the cheek to ask to leave the keys on the front wheel!! Arrived to my car stinking and parked horrifically. And to wrap up the experience, they lost the parking ticket and left me to deal with it, and pay AGAIN. DO NOT USE.
