Having booked meet and greet at Heathrow, terminal three and complied fully with their instructions, I was left awaiting collection of my car for over 45 minutes. Each call to the mobile number listed was either not answered, engaged or eventually answered saying the driver was stuck in traffic. Finally the person on the phone suggested I either leave the key on the front wheel or I could look for alternative parking and get a full refund. I opted for the full refund however, after 5 days of chasing was told the refund was subject to a £20.00 reduction for administration. The salt in the wound however, because of the delay dealing with this company I had very little option but to park at T3 at a cost of £246.00 for three days. I am disgusted with this company service, their response to calls and their unprofessionalism. I would never use this company again.

We booked the parking in advance, but upon arrival everything was completely disorganised. The staff spoke only among themselves in their own language, leaving us confused and without any clear instructions.
We handed over the car keys and were told to wait for a red shuttle bus, which supposedly takes around 30 minutes to arrive. After waiting for a long time and already at risk of missing our flight, we questioned them again and were suddenly told the waiting time would be 5 minutes, which was clearly untrue.
Despite having already paid almost £60 for just two days, we were charged an additional £16 to be taken to the airport. The situation was extremely stressful, as there was no driver available. Eventually, a man arrived with a strong smell of cigarettes and drove us to the airport using our own car.

On our return, we found our car with a flat battery, as the window had been left open and the alarm had been triggered the entire time.
An absolute nightmare. I do not recommend this company at all. This was by far the most frustrating and exhausting parking experience I have ever had.

Website states 4.9/5 Excellent reviews from 14,847 customers. I contacted them to find out where these reviews were so I could make a booking after checking. I was told they don't have reviews. So this information on website is fake and a lie. They stated they do not have reviews because people leave fake reviews. Hopefully this review will prompt them to remove it.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Heathrow Terminal Park and would not use them again.
After booking, I was instructed by email to call when I was 45 minutes away when dropping off my car, and to call again once I landed on my return. On arrival at the parking location (a Holiday Inn), there was one attendant with a card reader who charged me (and two other customers) an additional £14, which was mentioned in the email, so that part was fine.
However, after taking payment, the attendant disappeared for around 45 minutes to an hour. Several of us were left waiting, becoming increasingly stressed as our flights were approaching. We repeatedly called the company but either received no answer or were told “the driver will be there in 5 minutes,” which was repeatedly untrue. They claim there is a shuttle every 5 minutes, this is simply not the case.
Eventually, a group of men arrived. Communication was extremely difficult as most did not speak English. I was then taken to the airport in a very small car along with two other passengers and our suitcases. I only just managed to make check-in.
On my return, the situation was no better. I waited over an hour to be collected despite calling as instructed. When I finally got my car back, the interior was dirty with mud on the mats. To make matters worse, I later received a parking ticket for overstaying more than 3 hours at the Holiday Inn on the day of collection.
Overall, the service was disorganised, misleading, and caused unnecessary anxiety both outbound and inbound. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and choose a more reliable airport parking provider.
