Liars , we have just waited an hour and a half for our car , despite calling and being told it was in its way

Terrible experience with this company, would not recommend. They sent us the wrong drop off location to begin with and then complained when we were late and made us pay for the parking ticket just to drop off the car (£8). Our flight back was delayed and they charged us £20 extra for this even though the delay was completely out of our control. Whoever we spoke with on the phone was rude and had the customer service skills of a wooden peg. Trash was left in the car when we collected it too. The only good thing I can say about this company was that the person who we collected our car from was friendly at least.

I used Heathrow Terminal Park for 8 days while travelling through Heathrow.

When my car was returned, I discovered my dash cam had been removed and later found hidden inside the dashboard. My AirTag was also missing, and its location showed it remained at the company’s premises.

After repeated contact, the company eventually confirmed they had located the AirTag and stated they would return it.

I was unhappy with the handling of the situation and the level of customer service during the complaint process.

Never park there?never leave anything.
Our flight delayed to next day and was asked to pay cash on arrival and been declining to give me my receipt? Left my perfume in the dashboard because i wasnt able to take it with me and it was all gone,stollen.praying everyday for this thief to get his revange.everyday i pray.Lost 3times i paid.Never recomend

Its my fault, I should have checked the reviews before thinking about using this company. To cut the long story short, I paid for meet and greet, on the day of return, I was told a driver would pick me from the airport (apparently in another customer's car) to their car park. I couldn't think of a ridiculous suggestion. I later obliged because I just want to get to my dear car, only to see all four tyres deflated, with damaged valves. The inside was in a terrible mess. Used my portable air inflator remaining no battery. I had to change all four tyres. From my tracking report, they have moved the car a multiple times in my absence. These are broad day criminals. I'm lucky they didn't steal the car.

I have a very disappointing experience with them and here are as follows:

1. They do not have a shuttle to pick you up and they never offered one. They use your car to drop down and pick up so you have to pay extra for parking fee TWICE!!!

2. we nearly missed our flight because we waited 45 mins for them to pick up the car from the airport parking.

3. they charged us an extra £35 to add another day of parking which is almost half the price we paid for the whole 8 days of parking, we paid £78 for 8 days.

in total we dished out nearly £145 which is the same price of the actual official Heathrow parking service. we thought we can save by using cheaper service but ended up paying the same but with an extra inconvenience.

Booked as appeared first on google search! Postcode provided to a housing estate, website and manage my booking facility went to a 404 error page, no-one picks up phone and we are £59 down. Avoid at all costs, reported to google as a scam!

Horrific. After losing my passport and having to extend my parking by a few days, I was charged more than the initial 2 weeks. The payment was made to an individual and I have asked for an invoice for this on the phone, email and in live chat about 10 times and despite me being told I’d get one it’s never been received. They owe me a refund for one night’s parking but ignore my messages and calls. We waited 1 hr 45 mins for the meet and greet on our return. The car was filthy with two pots of chewing gum in it, next to no petrol so it appeared the car had been used. The worst part is the car was dropped off and it was making a weird noise which has got worse over the last few days. Whatever they have done to the car I now need to take it to a garage. I left a voicemail for them yesterday which has been ignored. I will be reporting them to the Independent Appeals Service today but please avoid these at all costs, they should be shut down.

Absolutely disgusting company, called an hour before they told us to go to a different address we refused as not instructed on website. They was not there time instructed, told us to leave key on wheel and £20 in car!

We did not a left this in short stay and will be claiming back through our credit card.

We was hung up on, spoken over continually during our conversation. DONT USE THIS COMpany!!

If there was a zero star rating, these clowns would get it.

I rang them when the plane landed, they still kept me waiting an hour to bring my car to the car park and they could not care less. I stood for an hour whist they kept saying ‘he’s 5 minutes away mate’. I’m not your sodding mate!

Do not use these people they are terrible. Absolute rubbish!

Dreadful service. No ‘meeting or greeting involved’. ‘Driver looked more like a dealer. Called ahead an hour before arrival as required, but my driver still kept me waiting for 40 minutes after I arrived. Phone number went straight to voicemail. Had to pay £12.50 additional car park charge to get out of the short stay on drop off and another £8 to leave. No mention of that on the website or booking. Avoid.

It didn't seem like a liget service.
We booked the park and ride service so spent ages driving around a housing estate looking for the park and ride drop off, the area looked rough and we didn't like the idea of leaving our car there. When I called them they said park and ride wasn't available that day so they met us at the terminal, took our keys and drove off.
It caused us loads of stress on holiday as we kept checking our car on our location app to see where it was being held.
They seemed to move it to 2 locations, we were worried we might not see the car again.
When we returned, they had altered the seats, altered the steering wheel position, connected to our car music system and left a badminton ball in the car so we wondered if they had been using it whilst we were away.
We were also charged £8 for entering the short stay car park when we dropped off the car and again when we collected, as well as asking for £5 for the driver.
Complete sham .... it caused unnecessary stress whilst we were on holiday. I'll never use them again!!!

It is cheap but not worth it. Website is misleading. There is no "park & ride", the car park is an abandonned construction site, communication is horrendous (is someone operating this from their kitchen..?), the staff are rude and misogynistic (you drive a car so you can only be a "sir"). I'm not entirely sure why both seats needed to be reclined and I found the left overs of a chocolate bar in the car. Feeling releived to have recovered my car! Never again.

I would not recommend booking a meet and greet service with this company. I telephoned the number provided on the email several times one hour prior to arriving at the airport (as instructed in the email) and nobody answered the call. Their response is their payment processor is restricted from processing refunds and ask the bank for a chargeback.

Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. As others have said, should be no stars. Called as requested on the booking confirmation, 45 minutes before we arrived and they had no record of our booking. Eventually found the waste ground and handed over our keys. Our ride to the terminal was in an unroadworthy car. On arrival, called for collection and they said they would drive our car to pick us up which we didnt want. Again no recollection of our car. Took them over an hour to return our car. Called 4/5 times and they kept putting the phone down on us. Very difficult to understand what they were saying on the phone.

I’ll be honest, this company isn’t even worth 1 star, we had to wait 15 minutes after dropping our car in a dark & unmanned car park. Our lift was in an old car that probably wasn’t insured to do the transfer, when we got to the terminal we were charged £15 for the drop off & car park charge on our arrival back. When we returned we had to wait over an hour for our car to be returned, luckily I called as soon as we had departed the plane.
I rang 4-5 times & they were very unpolite over the phone, when we eventually got our car, on exiting the car park I had to pay £8 as they hadn’t paid for the ticket, I rang them & was told to send my bank details & they would refund it, I’m still waiting for it after 2 weeks. I thought this was meant to be meet & greet at the terminal, when I called to say we were on our way I was sent the car park location as they apparently don’t start meet & greet until 8am. This is not mentioned at the time of booking at all. This company seriously needs looking into & shut down as they do not state things properly on there website & are definitely no help over the phone & quite rude & abrupt. I do not believe any of these people are properly licensed or fully insured to do this job. Definitely advise not to use at all, report them do not use them.

Avoid at all costs

So my car had someones name (sandhu) linked in the car play and cigarette burns on the inside. So it’s clear to me he took it for a joyride as there was 20miles extra on the clock and he also crashed it and smashed up the front to the cost of £5000 worth of damage. They didn’t even say a word about it they just left the keys on the front wheel and left like I wasn’t going to notice the damage. They are refusing to hand over insurance details and stating they will fix it themselves. I have no intentions of letting these scumbags anywhere near my car again. This company needs to be shut down for false advertising as the website is full of lies (no cctv no 4.8out of 5stars and unfortunately for me it seems like no insurance) and they offer the worst service imaginable while being rude. It may be cheap but you pay for what you get. When I booked there were no reviews but now there are all 1star reviews so book somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of having to deal with rude lowlife scumbags.

Awful service We had to leave our lovely car in a random derelict area We were then driven in a beaten up car to T5 We were charged £15 extra for the lift to the terminal. We handed over our keys with trepidation. We had no choice at this time as needed to rush to get our flight.
On return we had to exit around 45 mins for the car to be returned and pay a further £6 to exit the car park This is NOT a trustworthy company please don’t be tempted by the price.

Do not use this company. The place they store the cars looks like a recycling tip, cables and general waste all under everyone tyres,old cupboards and fileing cabinets next to people's cars. Waited ages for my car to be picked up,endless unanswered phone calls zero apologies. On my return my car was filthy and no driver to be seen,after eventually getting through he told me he had left my key on the front wheel,leaving the car unattended!! After a harsh exchange of words over the phone the response I got was "whatever" never use this company again it needs shutting down.
