Fantastic user experience

It could not have been easier to put together a custom package of flights, transfers and accommodation. Plus, real human staff available online and via email to assist and offer advice.

Straightforward but local knowledge could better

The booking itself was very easy, the website is easy to use and straight forward to pay.
Customer service was good and quick.
Knowledge of the accommodation was less good and as it turned out I had to organise my own ski pass. There was no secure storage at the accommodation and so while I arrived relatively early around 11, I wasn’t able to check-in or leave baggage so effectively lost a days skiing.

When you’re only out for a short trip Thursday till Monday, 3/4 of a day on the slopes is a lot.

Great to talk to a knowledgeable rep when we booked
Easy process
Very pleased with Les Saisies as a venue which we were visiting for the first time
The accommodation Amaya was really good with excellent facilities and easy ski in ski out access. Great location but only draw back being distance to village with a rather random bus service that didn’t run after 7.
Many thanks for the experience. We were really pleased with discovering Heidi and using your expertise for the first time!

Fantastic service!

From start to finish Heidi were fantastic in helping to organise a last minute ski trip to Avoriaz.

Everything from making the booking, to communication about tickets, to the booking website were really easy yo navigate.

Would definitely use again.

Being able to book everything in one…

Being able to book everything in one place -made the booking really easy. The follow up emails showed all the elements, who they were with & any vouchers that needed printing. Everything ran very smoothly, & after having issues with a transfer on our last trip, I was really happy about.

Excellent communication and great for single parents

The hotel was a bit more “tired” than advertised and there was some confusion regarding transfer details back to the airport, but as a single parent with a child, I would recommend using Heidi. Communication was excellent and the companies were all really helpful and any questions answered or problems resolved almost instantly.

Had a great time in Sauze d'Oulx with Heidi

Had, a great time on this ski trip. I didn't need to think about anything, was picked up from the airport, taken to hotel, all the ski hire and lift passes were taken care of, allowing me to have a super relaxing holiday.

Booking was very straightforward.

Booking was very straightforward.
Booked on a train journey in Portugal on a mobile phone.
We had looked at lots of locations and hotels previously so were familiar with the different options.
Three days after, again on a train in London, I had a query and modified my requirements.
All was very good - for a man in his 50s who finds tech difficult sometimes.

Good company to deal with

Good company to deal with, very efficient, was quick to come back with amendments i wanted for the booking. private transfers were very good with updated times of pick up the day before.

Made things easy

Excellent knowledge of places to go, rental shops to use, places to stay, etc. made everything very easy for my son and me on our snowboarding holiday. Highly recommend!

The hotel was fantastic

The hotel was fantastic and super close to the slopes, staff were wonderful and stay was great.
Booking through the system was not straightforward. First choice flights were out of one airport and returning to another. We were able to update but might have easily missed this.
Also it would have been useful to have details of airline policy (extra payment for bag in cargo hold and weight limits etc). Realise this is out of control of Heidi but perhaps a note to say please check airline policy in case of extra charges.
Instructions for transfer from airport to hotel were a little vague. We called the help line and were supported. A little more detail would have been gratefully received in this area.
The return transfer communication was very clear.
