Great holiday search engine

Great holiday search engine, really good filters and brilliant user experience overall. Our group has had slightly complicated requirements and I’ve had to ring Heidi sales team who were brilliant. Fast to respond and friendly.

the accommodation was poor and we did…

the accommodation was poor and we did not have the reference number for the booking so when we had to call the owners they could not help as they could not see the booking on their system. the ski pass was booked for two adults not one adult and one child wasting money. it was useful to book all in one package but next time i will go back to independent booking so i have all the information.

I have taken the time to look into your feedback. I can confirm your Interhome voucher, including the booking reference number and check-in details, was available in your MyBooking portal.

Checking the ski pass, there was one adult and one child ski pass purchased for your booking. This is reflected on the ski pass voucher provided prior to travel, available on your MyBooking Portal. For future reference, we also have a 24-hour phone line available while you’re travelling, and our team is always on hand to help resolve issues like this in real time.

We’re sorry to hear that the accommodation itself did not meet your standards. If you’re happy to share further details with us, we would really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this and raise it directly with Interhome.

We do hope you were able to enjoy your time in the mountains.

Easy and saved me money

All went smoothly

Very simple and straightforward to find holidays, flights, transfers, accommodation, ski passes etc through the Heidi website. All went according to plan. We had a lovely time.

Horrific experience with dangerous airport transfers

The whole trip would have been great but for the transfers to and from airport. The driver on the outbound leg was appalling, driving late at night at ridiculous speeds, taking blind bends on the wrong side of the road, going the wrong way round roundabouts, texting whilst overtaking at ridiculous speeds highly in dangerous situations, a life-threatening nightmare. Driver on the way back little better, and falling asleep at the wheel. Truly terrifying journeys with carriers that are clearly unregulated and with very poor training and monitoring. Heidi shouldn't be using carriers like that for their passengers, endangering the lives of customers so seriously. For that reason alone, I will not use Heidi again even though the rest of the holiday was good. I don't need to put my life, and the life of my partner, at risk just to get to and from a ski resort!!

Great family holiday

We really enjoyed our holiday and everything went very smoothly. Heidi introduced us to a resort we would not have found on our own.

Our only issue was that when making plans changes to our booking were not updated causing quite a lot of confusion and time.sorting it out.

Smooth! Everything about the whole trip went perfectly. From the initial advice (1st time skiing family), to flights, transfers, lift pass and equipment hire!

4 day ski trip Borovets

We had a great holiday. Easy to book and all information was provided in good time. I have been to Borovets before so was prepared for the experience, but maybe for people who haven't been before it might be good to let them know that a 4* experience in Bulgaria isn't the same as one in France or Austria for example. Would definitely book through Heidi again.

Great experience

Great experience. Easy to navigate . Everything needed for a snowboarding holiday . The accommodation was better than expected . One of the best places I have every stayed at for a skiing holiday

Another smooth and seamless holiday…

Another smooth and seamless holiday experience with Heidi. Even with a flight change everything was amended and every aspect was delivered as per my booking. Customer service were polite and helpful when needing to change my transfer due to a flight change. Looking forward to booking another ski break with them in the future.

Great Booking Service

The booking process was smooth and Freya was really helpful when we needed to make a few post booking tweaks.
We booked everything from Flights, Hotel, Lessons, Passes, Transfers and Equipment and all was very smooth for what seemed a very reasonable price, with huge convenience.
