The personal service they are customer driven you matter to them no problem is to small they are proud of their watches which are a nod to the original principle of a dive watch you can rotate the bezel with gloves on and who came up with that face

Stunning watches and fantastic customer service
From start to finish a wonderful and friendly company to buy from. Great old fashioned customer service; had the pleasure of chatting with Jonathan the co-owner followed by a hand written note included with the watch delivery. The watches have just the retro look I was after, a perfect size and the colours Iridium and Claret are absolutely stunning. The site photos really do not do them justice. My purchase with the Helicon Watch Company has been nothing short of wonderful. Customer service means a lot to me and I have had quick responses to any queries, quick dispatch/delivery times and it has left me genuinely feeling like a valued customer, not just a sale! I love the watch. It is finished really nicely and feels great. I then had a follow up question, which was answered swiftly again, and was sent everything I needed to get comfort bang on with my watch. "Impeccable service"
"Impeccable service" with a personal email sent as soon as the order went in, a couple of my questions answered and then a switch of order to a package that suited me better. Jonathan was amazing! Then the watch is delivered within 2days....and wow! What a stunner....I went for the Iridium Dial on a bracelet with the blue skin diver strap too....it really is a superb watch that I can't wait to take on a dive trip I have planned next year. Outstanding Customer Service
I love the watch. Everything about it meets or exceeds expectations.
More importantly, there was a long wait to get it, which was NOT the fault of Helicon. Their customer support team stayed with it, advising me and giving me updates, until the watch arrived.
It is good to know there is a real team behind the products you buy and that they care about their customers.

Orange is the new black
I discovered this British watch brand through being a James Bond fan and watching David Zaritsky (the Bond Experience) when he took a Helicon dive watch to Austria and then to Jamaica. When I saw the orange face, it just really stood out and spoke to me. Jonathan is very personable and is happy to help in decisions and I am absolutely delighted with my new watch - I have the orange skin diver strap and the azure blue strap and will most likely be back for the ocean blue strap in the near future!

Very good customer service and fast delivery. I purchased a Master 62 Ultramarine MbE which turned out to be exactly what I wanted and needed. The watch is smart looking, well made and in a very good colour. It’s a rugged, easy to read masculine watch that is finally just the right size for me.I chose a couple of straps and for anyone else, the colour particularly goes well with the metal bracelet or blue Technical strap. I was pleased to be able to buy from a British company too.Recommended.
