I'm 100% satisfied. The watch is absolutely incredible. Looks amazing, feels great and most importantly worth every penny. Looks the same if not better compared to certain over priced and over hyped watch brands. Customer service is brilliant when contacting about availability. The packaging the watch came in is a very nice touch too even down to supplying a link remover with the watch. Truly an amazing company and I will definitely be creating a collection of this brand.

I just bought my second watch in a week...
Further to my Blue Hour review, I have just bought my second Master 62 in a week. All the colours are wonderful and the Claret just looked so classy in the photos, even more so on my wrist!
Brilliant, friendly, customer service, with super quick postage. The Helicon Master 62 is a superb and sophisticated automatic watch. The 38mm case size is perfect for both formal and informal occasions. Helicon definitely punch well above their price point. Well done Jonathan and Danielle.

My Helicon Master 62 Watch Purchase!
I recently bought a Helicon Master 62 dive watch in granite (#33!) from Helicon. I chose this watch as I have a narrow wrist size (6.5") and I thought the smaller diameter dial would be a good choice for me. I am really pleased with the size, weight and overall design of my Master 62, and I even managed to adjust the bracelet strap with the included link removal tool for a snug fit. The entire experience has been great and the included thank you card from Danielle and Jonathan was a very nice personal touch. I'm excited to see what comes next from The Helicon Watch Company!

Very good strap adds a different look and feel.I like it, and the YouTube video on changing the straps gave me more confidence.
Fyi perhaps a little longer option as it is only just long enough and my wrists are not massive.

Beautiful Crafted Timepiece by Helicon
I met Danielle and Jonathan at the Glasgow Watch Collectors Event. Having viewed all the watches there I was totally drawn to the Helicon Master Diver 62 Ultramarine MbE with its stunning Blue watch face. The quality of the design and craftsmanship of the timepiece is masterful as soon as you hold it. The attention to detail and the movement of the hands make it a real class watch. Danielle and Jonathan's Customer Care made it such a pleasure to purchase from them. There knowledge and how the watch was designed and made, gave it a real personal feeling about the whole experience of owning a Helicon timepiece. This was an impromptu visit to the event and ended up being bought for me as a Wedding present from my fiancé. Which is one I am so delighted with and will always treasure. Stunning Watch
Apart from the Helicon Master Dive 62 in Claret being stunning the customer service was also superb. Jonathan was incredibly helpful throughout and the watch was delivered incredibly quickly. I normally go for blue dials but I'm so happy I went for the claret as it its even better than I expected. The picture do not do it credit. One very happy man! Thank you.

Great Watch and Fantastic Service
This is my first watch from the company and I’m really impressed with the Helicon 62 Master Divers Watch. The Blue Hour Dial really pops and also has bright long lasting lume. The watch is designed and built to an extremely high standard and ticks a lot of boxes! Jonathan was great in letting me know what limited edition numbers were available, my questions were answered speedily and customer service was exceptional. Great watch, great experience!
What a positive experience! Ordering was easy and shipping was very fast - I'm in the US and it arrived 5 days after ordering. The claret watch is beautiful, and the box included a hand written thank you note from Jonathan and Danielle. There was a minor issue - the wrong strap was sent. However, after letting Jonathan know he owned the situation and put the right one in the post immediately. Such excellent customer service!

Great customer service, watch arrived promptly and is lovely and comfy to wear. Looks stylish and I am enjoying the look and the feel.
My only disappointment would be that amongst all the great straps I can buy for it i didn't see a sharktooth mesh bracelet which i love.

HELiCON.....what a joy to deal with in this age we live in.
From start to finish, they offered superb, personal customer service. Lisa replied in the chat room at 07:19....I was gobsmacked. She was so helpful with the numbers available in the Blue Hour range. A slight hiccup after this with the number I wanted, but then Jonathan got in touch with me personally....lovely, approachable guy with a great customer orientated attitude. He really couldn't do enough. He even created and sent me a video showing me how to remove the bracelet links.
The Master 62 Blue Hour, arrived the next day, and it did not disappoint, even had a hand written note in from Jonathan and Danielle, thanking me for purchasing from them. What a beautiful watch, can't stop look at the dial, it slightly changes colour, depending on which angle you look at the face. The workmanship is amazing, the roulette date feature, the engraved pearl diver, the blue ceramic bezel, the really bright lumes....I love it. The one thing I would say is, the bracelet could possibly do with some more micro adjustment setting, just to get that perfect fit, but maybe that is just my wrist!
To all the staff at Helicon, thank you for being a breath of old fashion fresh air, in this world we live in. It was a pleasure dealing with all of you. And thank you for putting a huge grin on my face, everytime I look at the time! Keep doing what you are doing. You are doing it right!

In this day and age of paying more and getting a lesser product, the Helicon Watch Company is a breath of fresh air.
The watch dial is stunning.
They are truly up to something unique.
