Unfortunately, on the morning of your appointment our team leader became seriously ill and an emergency situation arose that we could not reasonably foresee or avoid. As a result, we were forced to cancel at very short notice.
We completely understand how frustrating this was, especially as you had arranged time off work specifically for the appointment, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
While emergencies like this are extremely rare, they can occasionally occur despite our best planning. We regret that we let you down on this occasion and wish you all the best moving forward.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
I paid £218 for a professional clean, but the service delivered was completely unacceptable.
The bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the kitchen was not cleaned at all apart from a few appliances. I have extensive photographic evidence, along with text messages from the subcontractor confirming the kitchen had not been cleaned. The company also acknowledged during the complaints process that this part of the job had not been completed.
Despite this, they refused to issue a fair refund. I only requested £45 for the kitchen cleaning, which they admitted had not been carried out, but this was refused. Instead, they offered a 10% goodwill payment, which does not reflect the failure to deliver a key part of the service. In hindsight, given the overall standard of the clean, I believe the issue was much more significant, but my request was simply for the cost of the missed kitchen cleaning.
I gave the company every opportunity to resolve the matter fairly, but they declined. Their only offer was a re-clean, which I did not accept due to the poor standard of the original work and lack of trust in the service provided.
I was also disappointed with the handling of my complaint. Communication felt unprofessional at times, with responses that did not fully address the issues raised or appeared to overlook key parts of the email chain, resulting in repeated inaccuracies.
I have retained photographs, messages, and emails documenting the condition of the property, the admission that the kitchen was not cleaned, and the refusal to provide a reasonable refund.
I am now pursuing the matter through my credit card provider.

We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied. However, we do not agree with the claim that the kitchen was not cleaned at all, nor that we failed to address your concerns.
As soon as the complaint was raised, we investigated it, reviewed the evidence, and offered an immediate re-clean to correct any areas you felt had been missed. We also offered a partial goodwill refund in an effort to resolve the matter amicably.
Unfortunately, the re-clean was declined, despite this being the most appropriate way to rectify any genuine omissions. While we acknowledged some concerns, we do not accept that the evidence supports the level of refund being demanded.
We believe our offers of both a re-clean and a partial refund were fair and reasonable attempts to put matters right.

- left shelves and surfaces untouched "we dont do them"
- un-mopped floors
- didnt touch banister area, skirting boards, windows at all
- left bins bags full of their cleaning rubbish in front of my neighbours car on his driveway
- complained and offered a re-clean with deep shower clean for £30 extra as it was missed off the first invoice
- cleaners call me morning of to tell me im to pay ANOTHER £70 for the shower, i explain ive already paid they just didnt do the shower
- turned up to the re-clean at 0900, spent 40 minutes in their car, were gone again by 1000 leaving inner door open and lights on.
- complain again to be offered 15% and shower £30. They then offer 20% and shower 30 bringing it to a grand total of £80 refund on a £280 clean that was basically never done.
I paid for an end of tenancy thinking it was the best but ive undoubtedly lost some of my deposit and im out £280. Never ever use this company.

Following the original service, further painting and decorating work took place at the property. During the re-clean visit, our team documented paint materials, decorating equipment, and evidence of ongoing works. This is significant because it means the condition being complained about was not necessarily the condition in which the property was left after our original attendance.
We fully accepted that there were some omissions and arranged a re-clean to address them. We also offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. What we do not accept is the suggestion that the entire service was "basically never done" when the evidence shows substantial cleaning work was completed and the property's condition changed after our attendance.
We always try to resolve complaints fairly and proportionately. In this case, we offered both corrective action and compensation despite the complicating factor of further works taking place after the clean.

Flat End of Tenancy
The booking process was easy and simple, and the invoice was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was paying for and at a reasonable price. I am at a loss for words when it comes to the cleaning job. What Adin has done is actual miracle work. This end of tenancy has been incredibly difficult for me, and he has taken all of the weight off of my shoulders. I could hardly believe I was walking in to the same place I had left. Early arrival - expert cleaners.
Sardar and his brother arrived early and inspected the property identifying all the areas needing a clean post a 6 month build. They worked diligently and thoroughly cleaned all the areas, inside and out, even working around some places that had building obstacles. The place is spotless and I’m thrilled to get my home back. He checked in with me that I was happy, asking me to inspect all their work.
