A simple phone call!!! After trying to get companies house to give me a straight forward answer after hour of phone calls and emails.Luke from Helpbox rang me and the whole issue was sorted in minutes

I have been using Helpbox uk for the past 8 months. I am very satisfied with their service. I am getting help with my limited company accounts very promptly. I will definitely recommend any one looking for similar service regarding company accounting.

Just started my accounting with Helpbox, the standout reason for me was Michelle. Her depth of knowledge is impressive; she provided expert advice on the most efficient way to structure my accounts, ensuring everything is optimised for my specific needs. I also want to mention the onboarding call with Sivuu who was professional, efficient and left me feeling confident that I’m in the right hands.

I had my onboarding call with Sivu, and the session was very informative. She provided clear explanations throughout, ensuring each part of the process was easy to understand. The presentation was well‑structured, clear, and delivered well.

So far, so good with these guys. Very proactive in getting my SA returns over the line. Now engaging with them about further tax planning. Staff very professional and fast at responding. Follow Michelle on YouTube - great videos but she will scare you

Amazing accountants! Super easy to work with around your circumstances and got me onboarded and filed quickly, as a sole trader having their feedback has massively made the filing and general finance management easy!

The whole team is helpful and knowledgeable and very approachable. I have used Helpbox UK for many years and feel reassured that my taxes are well looked after. I am a small sole trader and am not great at managing my tax return despite every year saying to myself "I will get all my tax return stuff sorted in good time this year". Helpbox is always there to prompt me and to get it done. I would recommend them to anyone who feel stressed by the tax return ordeal!
