I contacted this firm seeking representation for what I believe is a serious unlawful eviction, interference with my belongings and tenancy deposit issues.

While communication was polite, I was disappointed by my overall experience. I felt that the discussions focused predominantly on funding arrangements and potential costs rather than the legal merits of my case. I also felt that my concerns were not given the level of attention or urgency I had expected, despite providing detailed information and supporting evidence.

The advice I received struck me as overly pessimistic at a very early stage, particularly regarding the prospects of pursuing the claim. As a result, I was left with little confidence that my case would be pursued with the commitment I was looking for.

Everyone’s experience may differ, but unfortunately mine did not meet my expectations, and I have decided to seek representation elsewhere.

My solicitor was very attentive , reassuring and made the experience very pleasant for me. She made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and explained everything in a way that is easily understood. She is very easy to contact and her response time is amazing, I would definitely recommend her.
