I highly recommend Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors who represented me in a personal injury claim against a restaurant after I tripped on an unmarked step and sustained very bad head and neck injuries, concussion and a badly broken arm.
A week after I got home from the hospital I contacted Hodge Jones & Allen who are a well known and highly regarded firm of solicitors local to me, about making a personal injury claim . My injuries meant I was not very mobile and would have had difficulty going to their office so I was impressed when they offered to send one of their colleagues to my house to get more information. That felt like 10 out of 10 for customer service.
Daniel Denton, a partner highly experienced in personal injury, took my case. He explained the personal injury claim procedure in detail, every step that had to be taken. He initiated court proceedings, arranged specialist appointments to collect expert evidence, instructed Counsel, liaised and negotiated with the Defendants , attended to details involved, and kept me fully informed at every stage throughout.
The end result recently was an excellent Part 36 Offer that Daniel Denton negotiated with the Defendants.
I am extremely grateful to him for his expert handling of my claim, am very satisfied with the settlement he achieved , and could not recommend Hodge Jones & Allen more highly for their experience and professionalism in representing their clients.

Takes on only easy and quick profit cases, don't expect any help if you are in desperate need or case is a bit complicated, most likely response will be "unfortunately have determined that we do not have capacity to assist you".

My solicitor Usheena Patel or Hodge Jones & Allen was very helpful and patient. It was a very long and dawn out process, however Usheena was always available to react to my queries and try to get a result.
