I recently had to use the services of Hodge Jone & Allen Solicitor, my Solicitor was Ms Emily McNally. From the get go Ms McNally was very professional, she explained every stage of the case, what was going to happen and advise accordingly. This helps to give calm approach and to think positively. The case had a positive outcome, I am immensely grateful to Ms McNally for her help.

Having a run in with the police can be horrendous especially when you have been swept up in a fanciful crime which is the wet dream of a police inspector or a politician. Whilst my experience at the hands of the police was horrendous. HJA ensured that the police compensated me for the wrongful arrest, the appalling dehumanising treatment contrary to the law and basic decency by the police. I no longer have any faith in the justice in this country.

The Staff at HJA ensured that the police compensated me appropriately for their horrendous treatment. They took the case on a no win no fee basis. The final outcome was a payment from the other side for £19,400 out of court. I can highly recommend HJA for the way they handled this case. And if people are finding their human rights being abused, give HJA a call.
