Overall very good prompt service with good communication through out the process. Happy to use them again and would also recommend.

Form the start HL Consulting where easy to talk to, explained everything and walked us step by step through our mortgage process. Communication was always straightforward and up to date, the knowledge and advice always very much appreciated. The staff is great, the office in Bromsgrove is a lovely place to be in and is very accessible (via car)!

I have always used Nick for every mortgage and remortgage I have had. He is honest, dedicated, hard working and answers every question I have and breaks down complex information in a way that is easy to understand and I am well aware of next steps and what I need to do.

Nick makes himself available at all times and if he is busy with something else he will let you know when he will call or follow up and it is always when he says it will be. He is very consistent and trustworthy which when dealing with a mortgage is so important.

Rachel who works with Nick is equally as dedicated and supportive, Rachel responds to queries quickly and goes out of her way to make sure the process for the customer is as stress free as possible. Rachel is efficient, trustworthy and really knowledgable on this area.
