I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller chair from HM Chairs for my office, and it’s been a fantastic investment. The chair looks and feels practically brand new, and the comfort it provides is second to none. It’s made such a difference to my workday, especially during long hours at the desk. The team at HM Chairs were helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole buying process easy. Delivery was quick and the chair was well-packaged. I’m already considering ordering more for the rest of the office. Highly recommend their service and quality!

I received my Aeron Chair Size B in perfect condition, you honestly would not be able to tell it was second hand.

Sadly I had to return my chair due to it being too small.

So with this company I've gone through the ordering process and the return process alongside a concern of mine that I won't get into.

I can say through out everything the support and professionalism at HM Chairs has been outstanding, I am still going through a concern of mine but they have been with me every step of the way making me feel secure and valued as a customer, I will be doing further business with this company in the near future.

Highly recommend, from the shipping times, the quality of the chair and the customer support they offer, top marks.

Chair delivered quickly but more importantly it was perfect. I couldn’t find even a scratch as if it was brand new.

Absolutely fantastic chair! Exactly how it was advertised if not better. The replacement used casters for my Aeron chair fit perfectly and roll smoothly and have returned the chair to its original ease of use. They were shipped very quickly.

The condition of the chair was well beyond my expectations for a second hand chair, almost immaculate except for a couple of bits of paintwork rubbing.
