Useful and Informative Find
We are in the process of buying a leasehold apartment in a building with two other apartments in it. Both of the other two are freehold but through some unknown historic reason ours isn’t.
We have approached the lawyer who is doing our conveyancing on the purchase to look into the possibility of obtaining the freehold.
As we are not sure which would be the best path for us this article/s is very useful.
I may well try to contact the HomeOwners Alliance directly to speak to them about it.
But everything seems to be explained and laid out very clearly and it is defo helpful for us.

Useful and comprehensive introduction to EPCs
I wanted to understand more about an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when selling a home as I had little knowledge of the requirements and process.
