Thanx so your service

Muddled communications. requested personal info that was already on order. Then said item not available. Still awaiting refund to card 5 days in. Unimpressed.

I had such a hard time trying to get a fit to fly certificate, I ran around hospitals, GPs and even chased my midwife but no one was able to fill out for me. I am a low risk pregnancy. I came across this place and thought I’ll give this a go as a last resort and they really came through. I was then able to go on holiday with my family at 32 weeks pregnant with no problems. Excellent service and fast.

Their service is extremely reliable and fast. Although I applied for my fit note on a Sunday, there was a slight delay because of the weekend. Even so, they completed my request the very same day. I believe their service is even better on weekdays. I am 100% satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

Quick, reliable & professional

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided for my Fit to Fly certificate request.

According to your stated policy, most cases are reviewed on the same day, and customers should receive their certificate promptly via email or SMS. However, our experience was completely different.

We submitted all the required information, yet nobody contacted us until the second day, and only after we proactively reached out ourselves. We then had to follow up multiple times to get any updates. The lack of direct customer support made the situation even more frustrating, as there is only a chat option available and no phone number to speak with someone directly.

The certificate itself took more than 48 hours to be processed and delivered, which is far beyond the expected timeline advertised on your website. For a service that is often required for time-sensitive travel arrangements, such delays are unacceptable.

The biggest concern, however, is the refund process. We were informed that a refund would be processed the following day, but nearly two weeks later, we have still not received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory resolution or clear communication regarding the status of the refund.

Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the reliability of this service. The delays, lack of communication, absence of phone support, and failure to process the promised refund in a timely manner do not inspire confidence. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a dependable and responsive provider for Fit to Fly certificates.

The kit I ordered said it would just need blood collecting from my finger. When it turned up it was actually an intravenous one. I therefore had to organise and pay for a private blood test. They did give me two centres that I could use for this but they were both over 2 hours from my house.
My results took over 2 months to get to me despite me asking regularly for them. I had to threaten to report them to get my results.
Despite their policy saying that a refund would be given if the results weren’t given within 72 hours, they wouldn’t give me a refund.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Timeliness and simplicity in usage

Every Question I had was answered straight away, even my concerns and whilst I was waiting for my fit to fly note I contacted them through an online portal and that too was done smoothly and my fit to fly arrived successfully. Was very pleased with the experience.

Very quick service - I actually read the title wrong and was given the wrong certificate. I emailed to explain my mistake and they re done my assessment and fit to fly certificate the same day. So happy! Thank you

Very good service

Users and customers should be advised. If your workplaces sickness policy requires a Med3 or Med5 Fit Note - Home2Lab sick notes DO NOT meet this criteria. They do not make this clear and infact mis-lead potential service users in making them believe their sick notes are accepted by all employers. This is not the case. You will also not receive a refund. I also have not received a response to an email it's been several days.

Fast accurate and helpful

I wanted to have numerous peth tests to show my low alcohol consumption however the extremely slow delivery and the 15 days I had to wait for the results made it impossible. The latest one I ordered still hasn't arrived and I ordered it 10 days ago. I've had no replies to my three emails I've sent either.
