Absolutely shocking!
Supposed to be a service that helps you in your time of need, especially for those that don't have a registered surgery.

Our appointment was frustrating- we were prescribed medication that was not even a registered medication in the UK. When we desperately needed medication, this was a complete let down, after having to run around to 4 different pharmacies only to be told this is not something they can issue.

When then raising this, they said they would issue a full refund of the appointment and the prescription- which was £68! They confirmed this in writing but never paid it, after numerous follow ups and won't provide any proof of payment or reference. They say its not their policy tonshare proof of payment...well, how do I get any reassurance this has been issued. I have made formal complaints and escalated with the bank.

Prove me wrong, but this is a total scam!

They charge 50 pounds for appointment. I only needed medication refills while I wait to get a GP. No controlled substances or dangerous prescriptions. They then require another 20 pounds to produce the prescription. Then I get it and the chemist does not accept prescriptions from this company. Waste of 70 pounds. Oh also they only made the prescription for one month to ensure they get another 20 pounds when I run out while still waiting. I say scam! Additionally they ask you to email medical results and other private things. This is NOT secure.

I needed a prescription—a simple request under normal circumstances. But we had just moved to the UK and I didn't know where to turn. With WiFi still unsettled and no UK phone number yet, GP Service was unable to reach me for our telephone consult, but they worked tirelessly to help me find a solution. I then made a video consult. That too proved impossible. But they refused to give up on me. They allowed me to ring the main number and then transferred my call to my practitioner so I could get the help I needed. Everyone on staff was kind, patient, and helpful. Truly set a new high bar for customer service!

Not for the first time, they have left me without medication, and with no meaningful communication. This time however, they have for the second time prescribed the wrong medication, specifically one that I have reported previously to the company because it caused significant side effects. Last time they refused a refund, instead offering £30 off my next purchase, this time they have re-prescribed a medication that the know causes significant side effects. This is medical negligence.

Absolute waste of time! You speak with a Pharmacist who follows a chart. Conclusion - contact your GP! The irony is not wasted as they are supposed to be a private GP Consultation. Don’t waste your money. Go online to a reputable company after stopping payment through your bank.

Always answered the phone and answered my questions.
Sorted out my prescription within a day and delivered to my door the following morning.

will not let me pay for my prescription unless I accept terms that do not apply to either me or my prescription.

the terms I am being forced to accept relate to a video consultation booking and seeing as I am neither due one or am making an appointment for one these terms clearly do not apply to me when paying for a prescription.

However I have been told that I must accept them regardless

This service is exceptional and so was the doctor for my appointment. I couldn’t get the app to work so he thankfully called me. He was a consummate professional, and very thorough in collecting my information and then provided the best possible diagnosis and medication. I am certain that I would have become very unwell without his assistance.
I really appreciate the care and support provided.

On bank holiday Saturday my husband discovered a rash had come up around a tick bite he had sustained walking in Spain 2 weeks ago. Knowing it was high risk for Lyme disease I knew we had to get antibiotic therapy started ASAP. Unwilling to face an extended A&E or walk in centre wait I found this service on Google. Within 2 hours he had a video consultation and a prescription for antibiotics which we managed to get before the pharmacies 1pm closure. The price was very reasonable and we managed to enjoy the plans we had made for the day. Brilliant!

Fantastic service as always

Not a very professional company. They will make a prescription. Then the pharmacy will be out of stock. Then they will try to charge you for a rewrite. They also take a reaaally long time to approve so the meds are often out of stock by the time it’s done. Very sneaky behaviour

Excellent service as usual

Short notice appt for repeat prescription that would have taken a week on NHS but needed quickly on a Saturday. Excellent service. I got more holistic advice about my health condition in one phone call than I have had in 15 years of GP care. Prescription arrived immediately, took to small Boots store locally who processed with no issue. Could not be more impressed. Thank you.

SCAM! Booked a call with a GP but ended up getting a call from a pharmacist. When declined the call as I needed a feedback from an actual doctor, she hang up and refused to reimburse me. STAY AWAY

Had a few issues but all got sorted in the end up thanks too Louise and sharkia
