We are trying to get through to get our test before flight and been on phone for an hour. After the first 45 mins in the queue the line was white noise. We are urgently trying to reach you to avoid ruining our trip by being denied entry.

I BOOKED A "Same day RT-PCR test with Fit-to-fly by Midnight" FOR TRAVEL TO CHINA. I CALLED AND EMAILED TO CONFIRM. NO RESPONSE. NOTHING ARRIVED ON THE AGREED DATE. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FAILURE TO DELIVER WHAT I HAD PAID FOR. NO RESPONSE. I ADVISE EVERYBODY TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUSINESS.

This is a scam, they took my money and don’t existed.

No one was there at the appointment time and then when someone eventually turned up, it turned out that multiple people had an appointment booked for the same slot.

An absolute scam! Testing kit was already used and company took the payment without delivering any result.

COMPLETELY APPALLING. STILL NO SERVICE DELIVERED. I’m still waiting to hear back days later. Thank god I went and got an emergency test elsewhere. AVOID

Couldn’t register my test as the system didn’t recognise the ID. Website didn’t work. They then registered the test for me without giving me a password so I couldn’t get my test result at all.

The worst.
I've been given some instructions how to register my test and it doesn't seem to be working.
Also, I received and email pointing me into a site that doesn't exist.
Moreover, I've been trying to contact Home2Lab but I was waiting on the phone for about 2 hours and when I send an email didn't came back the same day.
Please fix you site!

They used to be great. Unfortunately this time I've not received my antibody test results and noone will answer my email enquiries - have they gone bust?

Unfortunately, I have never received any certificate. I did the test and sent it as indicated (took a screenshot of the confirmation that it was sent) but a certificate never arrived via email. The support told me to send my photo of my ID and the test cassette via email to create the certificate manually, but even this certificate never arrived. Today I asked for a refund but never got an answer. Very poor service.

The service at the pharmacy was great, but its clear the website itself needs work. My kit says its already registered, meaning I can't access my results in time for the midnight deadline I paid extra for. The links in the email lead to a page that does not exist. When calling the helpline, I was on hold for 30min. When I called back at 8pm after the number claimed to be open til 10pm, I was told they were closed.

I took the fit to fly test thinking I would receive the results in one hour. It never came. I waited hours and into the next day messaging throughout the night thinking I was not going to be allowed onto my flight, having not received any certificate. It was so stressful and unnecessary.

I have not received my letter confirming my negative result and qr code. I am at the airport. This is a pally service. I cannot get through to an operator after waiting 30 minutes on the phone.

Would recommend this service to anyone. 1st class service.

I delivered my son and my blood sample on 30th August and the post tracking has shown that the samples have delivered on 1st September. But till now, I have not received the test result yet.
Regarding the covid-19 antibody test, your website guarantee to deliver the result within 2-3 working days. I can understand what does the reason lead to serious postpone.
