My wife and I just purchased a new house and we need a particular set that would compliment the look and style of the home we have. We found the most perfect set at HCC and could not be happier. Glad we kept looking as our local stores had very limited selection.

My order showed as “processing” for two weeks, and then suddenly disappeared from my order history entirely. There has been no update, no explanation, and no response to the two emails I’ve sent to customer support.

I’ve called multiple times, and each time I’ve reached the same representative who has been consistently rude and dismissive. He refuses to provide any information over the phone, interrupts while I’m speaking, and insists that I email support..despite the fact that they don’t respond. During my last call, he told me to “be patient” because “everything takes time,” then hung up before I could even ask to speak with a manager.

This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered a entertainment center it was late by 2 weeks then when I got it every piece had damage and I'm not exaggerating have been round around with them called my credit card company to do a chargeback then they threatened me if I didn't stop to charge back they were going to sue me so in other words just come get your second hand furniture out of my house do not buy from these people they are rude to a point of arrogant

Never order from Home Cinema Center. I have been waiting a month and a half for an order and it keeps getting delayed and they are very rude on the phone and not helpful at all. The delivery service is even worse. Then when they dont deliver they want to charge a 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company altogether.

I ordered a 4 piece reclining sectional very comfortable. Its way better then anything local and a very reasonable price. Product came in perfect condition and didnt have to wait to long for it did I mention I live in New Mexico.

Absolutely horrible experience. My order does not exist when I query their system. Talked to same idiot male that answers their 877 number.... he is useless. Tells everyone to send an email and then they do NOT answer them. I have no order showing per their system, yet they have a "Lock" on my creditbcard for $462 which was the amount of a coffee table I was trying to buy. No order acknowledgment, no order showing for me when I query their system. Table was $462 and when I clicked "place order" it charged me for the $462 and ZERO sales tax??!!
They are a total mess. I ordered a table for same price from another and all seems fine. To date, I still do not know if some day out of nowhere a second table will show up from this total SCAM furniture mart that can not even afford to hire a real person who can answer real questions.... Just "send an email" that they will ignore and not answer.
