I received a whole set of home entertainment center. One piece has a big split gap in wood. One has two bad scratches. I emailed a couple times and and left message and no response at all.

company sent me my bar with multiple things broken. I followed all of the procedures on their website to do a return/get replacement parts. They ignored all my emails and phone calls. It was only once I put in a dispute with my CC company that I got a response. CC company says I am in the right BTW. Now "Donna" (who is actually just the same guy you get when you call - he is just pretending to be different people) is saying they are filing a police report and taking me to court in South Carolina. Donna or whoever runs this place ship you broken crap and then put out fake legal threats to intimidate you into keeping it. Their "return/damage policy" isn't real. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Oh, and a CC dispute really doesn't do much - the CC agrees with me and I will get my money back since "donna" doesn't respond to the disputes, but who knows - maybe ill be getting sued. This place should be shut down - what a scam.

I ordered a sofa set. It came in 2 weeks as indicated the lead time on the item. Shipping was as quick and professionally handled. I got phone calls and
notifications from the shipping company updating the status of my shipping as it goes a long as well as the scheduling time of delivery. They were on time and very courteous.

Anne at HomeCinemaCenter has been very supportive to me with my questions and updating status of my order. I got an excellent experience for this order. Will definitely come back!

BE WARNED this place has absolutely horrible service. I placed an order on the 6th, have not got any updates on it. It has shown up on my account as a pending charge, fallen off, then shown back up. Tried to call them on the 14th. Was told they couldn't do anything for me and I had to send an email would literally only say "you have to send an email per the websites instructions". Guess what genius the email confirmation I was going off of that this company sent me when I placed the order does NOT say that. So the email I sent was to cancel my order. Now I'm going to go around to every social media platform this company is attached to and repost this.

I bought entertainment center from home cinema, arrived with yellow color, requested return or exchange, the company requested restocking fees and shipping fees close to 1500$. Think 1000 times before buying from Home Cinema center.

I placed an order on 1/1/22 that indicated would be shipped within 3-4 days. I created an account to view the status and the order remained in process for 10 days. The order completely disappeared from my account on the 11th. The problem starts with this company when you need to call customer service. You are not permitted to speak. The rudest man answers the phone and asks for your order number. He then says someone will call you in 48 hours with an update and then hangs up on you. I called back to cancel my order and the same person said to send an email and hung up on me again. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Go and read the 1 star reviews on here. They have all had a similar experience. It appears the people that like them, never had to call them. Do yourself a favor and find what you are looking for elsewhere.

I ordered a sofa that the the website stated usually ships in 2-3 days. When 1 week went by with the order status still listed as "pending", I called to inquire about whether it was back-ordered or when to expect shipment. The agent was rude to the extreme, stated that I should not expect it anytime soon and hung up. I assumed there must be a misunderstanding and called back. The same agent informed me he was handling 10,000 inquiries a day and that he would get back to me via email in 2-3 days, and again hung up. Needless to say, I requested to cancel my order via email, which they did, but didn't even have the professionalism to inform that it was cancelled.

This is a lying company on the website when I purchased the bedroom set said it would ship in 3 days. But after I paid it sent me a email 3 days later say 10-18 business days. So then I get a email saying it shipped this is the 8th business day it still hasn't shipped yet. So I call in too see what's going on the guy answering the phone is rude as hell im asking him a question he talking over me doesn't give me a chance to get a understanding of what is going on and said they will get back with me in 2 day's for an update and hangs up on me. Don't order nothing from this company the lie and rude as hell.

I've been reaching out to this company after finally finding a company that has a chest to my discontinued set. After purchase I reached out via social media, because for some odd reason they have a voice-mail that picks up. The next day it was shipped. It was scheduled on time for delivery on 1/3 upon arrival the guys hurried to leave because the box and chest was severely damaged. I have been trying to reach this company since the chest arrived. No one has reached out, so I contacted my card issuer and this morning I get a threatening email from them, so I tried calling again, and again nothing but voice-mail. So I have email Donna along with the pictures and still no reply or help.

I called Home Cinema Center to inquire about a Catalina 5 pc library wall with optional ladder. I was told it would be white glove delivery before I placed the order online. However, when I received my shipping info for this exact order, my order did not indicate white glove delivery anywhere. It showed standard. When I called Home Cinema Center about my order, I was then told I could add white glove for an additional fee. Every Parker House library wall on their website shows free white glove delivery. The unit I ordered showed white glove delivery. They have removed my unit from their website. They made a mistake with my order and shipped my unit with standard delivery and want me to pay extra for white glove service. They refuse to correct their mistake. I have sent several emails to them with little response. My emails have included examples from their website of the white glove service and of their policy. I have requested to speak to a manager. No one will call me. No one will forward my emails to management. Customer service has been nothing but rude and dismissive. When I called December 29, 2021, I asked to speak to a manager and the owner. The agent who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a manager or the owner no matter how many times I asked. He stated that if I canceled my order that I would receive no money back, that I would be sued, that his word was law, and then he hung up on me. I was going to order another library wall, but this company will never get my business again. I cannot believe the response I have been getting from them after I’ve spent almost $4,000. I don’t know how I can be refused the option to speak to management or the owner.

I regret not looking up this company before ordering online. After I placed order next day I called to confirm this rude guy answers tells me it takes up to 1 year for delivery so I ask him why does your website say 2-3 days delivery, I tell him to cancel order he tells me to email cancel request then hangs-up on me!!! I call back again several times phone keeps going to voice mail. I've left several messages no nobody returns my call. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had I would suggest everyone beware of this home cinema center site

Waited 10 days after order placed with 0 contact. I called to get some info and the guy said it will take another 2 days to call me back to give me an update. What a joke.

This company is atrocious. I recently purchased an office set from them. There is ZERO communication throughout the process. The website boasts a 3-4 day delivery lead time. After a week of not hearing anything I attempted to contact the company. They did not respond to any emails, didn't answer their phone - I was consistently sent directly to voicemail no matter what time of day I called. Finally reached someone (by the way, only one person answered the phone every time - a company of one?), I was asked for my order number, was told the site would be updated within 48 hours and then hung up on. The order updated a few days later to say the product was on backorder for 4 months. Four months later, contacted them again to deal with the same issue of them not answering the phone or responding to voicemails and emails. Was ultimately asked for payment info and again hung up on. Needed to call again to ask for ETA of delivery - which was estimated at another 2 weeks. Finally product was delivered, but delivered both short and damaged. Their site said I needed to notify them of damage 48 hours in advance, however, order notes stated that I needed to note the damage on the carrier paperwork (how, since the pallet of product is just dropped off?). In any case, I followed both processes and now they won't offer a replacement and say that if I want a new one then I'll have to repurchase the set or pay to get it repaired. This company is AWFUL. If you place an order and don't need to have any communication with them whatsoever, then consider yourself lucky. That was not the case with me and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a sectional from Home Cinema Center and did not receive any notification or status update on delivery I even called and received no response. I cancelled the order due to not receiving any emails or call in regards to order, my credit card company removed the charge and then today I receive a email from HCC that the sectional is out for delivery???. I called HCC thinking this was error the man lied stating he did not receive a cancellation for the order and he sent a email it was back order which is not true. This delivery needs to be cancelled, I will not be accepting the delivery and contacting my credit card for this company for their shady business practices.

I have never experienced customer service this rude. I called in to check the order status 3 days after I placed the order and I was told to "call back in 10 days. Nobody will check the order status for you now." Then I asked how many days does the shipping typically take. I was again told "call back in 10 days". Then I asked whether the delivery people will help unpack and move the furniture to the room he said "of course not". The customer service is unbelievably rude and arrogant. He basically doesn't know how to talk to a human.

DO NOT ORDER Anything from this scam company! Believe all the other rotten reviews - they are 100% accurate! 4 months ago I ordered a $2300 entertainment center. According to Home Cinema Centers it was IN STOCK. When it was never delivered, I emailed them. No reply. So I called and the same RUDE guy (that other reviewers complained about) nastily told me I was on a list. When I asked for clarification he barked “No explanation needed” and hung up on me. This creep is still advertising the unit as being IN STOCK. So I contacted the manufacturer who said that the factory is closed and the Earliest the unit would ship is April, 2022 - a YEAR after I placed my order! Save yourself the misery and order from a reputable company - not this sham operation!

A joke of a company. Whoever the guy is who answers the phone is very rude. He would not allow me to get my question out. Keeps cutting me off and does not offer any solutions or answer my questions. I’ll never do business here again. What a joke.

Customer service on the 800 number was terrible. It was the same rude guy every time. I’m in the process of canceling an order now, which I couldn’t do over the phone, had to email them. Their website gave me wildly inaccurate info on item availability after calling the furniture company directly (Parker House). I have never experienced customer service like this before. Luckily I was able to get the order cancelled.

DONT! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER LFROM THIS COMPANY ON LINE! I recently ordered a dining room set from the HCC website for $1128.49. I received an email 6 days later stating that my order was cancelled due to it being on back order. was told I would be refunded the money but was NOT! when I called the number on the site it was connected to a personal cell phone the guy referred me to the website. so I called again the next day and requested to speak to a manager when he asked me the subject of the call i told him it was about my refund for a cancelled order he hung up. I called back thinking we were disconnected and he got rude and hung up again! I went to my bank were I have records of him taking the money and they are now investigating the THEFT! I will not stop until I get every penny back! If you are thinking about ordering from this site please beware that the POS that runs this company is a con man who is under investigation!

It was a horrible experience. Specially the customer service, is so disrespectful, talk to you like you are a thrush, very rude person. It was an order of 3500$ and he don’t want to answer just simple questions, all he said is that you will be update in two days. I told him I can’t hear you sr, he answered, I think you heard me. goodbye.and after that he did the same thing to my husband 😢. I hate that day I was happy for buying new bedroom but he destroyed my happiness with his rudeness. Than he kept picking phone and saying please hold and leave us waiting with no answer. After all this, we received message that our items was canceled , but I was happy to get my money back and get my bedroom from respectueuse store.
