Homeserve has a great response time and stays until problem is solved . Only wish they had a full coverage warranty like AHS OR CHOICE

Staff member looked checked a number of parts to confirm why there was still such a loud noise and was able to fix a few things and the noise has discontinued. This was the 3rd a technician had to come out in recent months because the loud noise would start again - dryer.

Long time to resolve problem.

Finally, fixed the water line leak after 5 days and 4 visits. Service people were good but planning by Homeserve was poor.

The technician came into my house

The technician came into my house, determined what had to be done in order to clean the main drain he was professional. He took his time. He made sure the tarps were put on the stairs to make sure that the equipment that he was bringing down the steps did not ruin my rugs. He determined that it was a clogged main sewer line so he brought down his big sewer cleaning machine I need and he did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He was gonna clear the line and exactly that’s what he did. after he got done clearing out the sewer line he cleaned up the mess that the machine had made and cleaned the whole entire area that he worked in then he took his machine back upstairs and put it back into his truck when he came back into the house, he removed all the tarps that were on the basement steps. He told me to flush all the toilets twice on the sinks the shower and everything is working well before he left. He did a great job.
