Plumber was knowledgeable

Plumber was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the problem and did not make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about the issue that caused the clog.

The customer service representative was unqualified

The customer service representative was not fluent in English. He didn’t know what a sewer is. I had to explain it to him over and over again and he still couldn’t get it. He kept telling me that my warranty didn’t cover the sewer under my house. It was frustrating and upsetting. You should keep your customer service division in the USA and not send it to other countries. Disappointing.

The technician knew what to do and did a very good job and got it done so we could have hot water same day.

Respectful - Quick - Complete

Respectful - seen immediate need when getting info about a Disabled Veteran , needing a Furnace Repair now & not 3 days later! Got a Local HVAC to come that morning! He was on time, very explanatory, and efficient!

I called for service for our heater

I called for service for our heater. It had stopped working overnight. Called and spoke to a very nice customer care agent.

With in hours the technician came and fixed the problem.

Expert Professional Procedure

We were very grateful for the very quick connection with Homeserve and also the short time we needed to wait for Crown Plumbing Systems to let us know they were "On the Way" to our "Wee Hoose ". Fixed in No Time !!! Thanks Tom & Company !!!
