I have updated my review following a full refund for my returned items. Overall, I would give the quality and cost of the wedding dresses a 5-star rating. The problem is there is no streamlined return and refund practices - and you can expect to chase customer services for a refund even after they've recieved your returned items. Once this company automate and optimise the process - I would expect it to be a 5-star experience overall. In the meantime, I strongly suggest buying hope and Ivy dresses from larger retailers like ASOS or NEXT, to avoid the headache of manually chasing things up.

I bought the Sloane dress; it’s absolutely beautiful. The colours are so vivid, the fit spot on, and the details are just really flattering. I’ve had so many compliments when wearing it. Really great service too from the H&I team, would definitely recommend.

Dissapointed to have to return dress to H&I, as I got my wife’s size wrong. Really happy with the returns process and advised when money was back in my account.

The clothes are all so beautiful and so reasonably priced for the quality!

Beautiful dresses at such a good price for what they are! The quality is great and they're so different from anything else out there. I bought one for my graduation and will definitely be coming back here for all the weddings I have coming up

I bought a dress from here for my graduation and it was perfect! I bought The Clara dress and it was perfect underneath my graduation robes. The print was really unique and beautiful and the fit was nice. I liked that it had a lining too as lots of Satin dresses don't have them. I had lots of compliments and the best part was that nobody was wearing the same thing as me!

Purchased a beautiful dress from Hope & Ivy for my friend's wedding. So many compliments about it and I felt so comfortable all day. Also had a great customer service experience from Shay when I had a query regarding another item. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Horrible!!! Items were extremely small and when I went to return within 14 days, it cost me $150 to return to the UK. This website is a scam!!!

A very efficient and friendly service which I struggle to find nowadays! The designs and colours are beautiful without being too expensive so very much appreciated!

I’ve previously purchased from Hope & Ivy and left a review because I had amazing customer service from them. This time I bought a dress in the sale and the dress was slightly damaged. Despite them still having the dress in my size, I was first offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I asked for a replacement and was told if I posted the dress to them, they would have the dress fixed and returned to me. They have since refunded me £4.80, which I doubt is enough to get the dress repaired. I shouldn’t have to take a brand new dress to be repaired. The dress should have been replaced for another one.

I ordered multiple dresses in multiple sizes for a black tie NYE wedding. Dresses arrived quickly and the returns process for the ones I didn’t want was straight forward. Refund was processed quickly.
Now on to the dress I did keep…The Ginerva. Absolutely gorgeous dress - the quality was great and material was lovely. The print was absolutely gorgeous. I received a number of lovely comments on the day!
Pictures on the website are really reflective of the dresses I ordered and I love the fact they show a range of different sized models wearing their dresses.
Can’t wait for the summer range to come out!

I love this company. Amazing dresses and lovely quality. I wore one dress to a wedding recently and got lots of compliments about it. I would highly recommend buying from this shop. Even when I had to return an item as it didn't fit, I received a swift response and they resolved refund quickly. I would definitely buy from this shop in future.

Bought the Claudine dress on 5 Dec, received it on 7 Dec, very fast delivery with DHL Express (to France). The dress is very well cut and the embroidery is just BEAUTIFUL.

Really lovely dress, fits as expected and looks just like the images online. Great value with the sale as well. Had issues with delivery (the couriers fault) but the team at Hope & Ivy sent out a new replacement dress whilst the shipping company were investigating so really appreciated that! Would buy again and recommend.

Ordered a dress which was too small so had to be returned. Ordered larger size and in day of expected delivery was told no longer available. Now awaiting refund of 2 dresses and told this may take 10 days? Why? Should be done immediately. Am £250 out of pocket currently and no dress. Disappointing

I registered with Hope & Ivy today but then had trouble with my discount code. When I emailed the company I received a reply very quickly from Shay who sorted my issue immediately. I now look forward to receiving my order. Many thanks & well done Shay.
