Took an age to get through to a human to speak to. When I did, I was asked the same information several times over. The advisor wasn't listening and was boardering on couldn't be bothered. Resolved issue after much tooing and froing. Cetainly not good enough!

It took quite some time to register as I was ask a lot question, if I knew that I would have to use hotpoint service engineer if anything went wrong I got the impression that I was being pressurised to take out insurance to cover my appliance I said a number of times I didn’t want to do that.

Dishwasher Repair
Left area clean and completed the repair fully. The engineer confirmed that the main control panel was broken and was replaced. Only query was he put on the repair paperwork door latch was also changed, but we were not aware this was completed during visit.
He was very friendly and provided great customer service.

Frigorifero 3 anni di vita - Riparazione annullata x mancanza pezzi ricambio
Frigorifero acceso ma non raffredda.
Contatto l'assistenza ufficiale e mi propongono un'estensione di garanzia per prodotto con 3 anni di vita: un pò cara, ma riparazione compresa. Interviene il tecnico e richiede 2 pezzi di ricambio; dopo 3 settimane, con 1 solo ricambio ricevuto, dichiarano impossibile portare a termine la riparazione e chiudono l'intervento.
Direi che da una grande azienda come Hotpoint ci si aspetterebbe ben altro dopo aver lasciato un cliente con un frigorifero del valore di quasi 1.000€ fermo per un mese.

Although I've had no problems in the…
Although I've had no problems in the past with hotpoint repairs in the past this as changed.
Basically the hotpoint engineer found that my tumble dryer had modification fittedwrongly to deal with the fact that my model could catch fire. So it was arranged for them to to redo the modification 3times they have rescheduled it to be do now waiting for the 4th time not out for it to happen. The reason is no engineer available all 3 times, the the 3rd time they txt me 2hrs into the repair window.
