This is hands down the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in the UK. House of Mosaics is completely unprofessional and deeply disrespectful to its customers.
I originally ordered 14 sheets of the Geo Moroccan Bright Mosaic Tile (Order #10938). It was confirmed, but then automatically cancelled because they sold stock they did not actually have. After sending a complaint, a manager named Ann emailed me, sincerely apologised, and promised a 15% discount code for my next order to make it up to me.
I waited days for her reply with the code, but received nothing. Because my professional tiler was already booked for this week and I was extremely stressed about the tiles selling out again, I went ahead and re-ordered the 14 sheets at full price (£181.30) under a new order number (#10947). I then sent a polite firm email to Ann explaining the situation.
Instead of properly dealing with my order or fulfilling their promise, their automated system or staff IMMEDIATELY cancelled and refunded my second order (#10947) as well! They left me with NO tiles, a booked tiler for this week whose schedule is now completely ruined, and an immense amount of stress and frustration.
They do not care about keeping their word, they do not care about the damage they cause to their customers' home renovations, and they have zero professional courtesy. Do not trust their confirmations, do not trust their managers' promises, and save yourself from the nightmare. Avoid them at all costs!

They do not answer emails ,and the phone number is a recorded msg directing you to a mobile for customer services. The person who answered says they are nothing to do with the company. Ive received smashed tiles and simply require replacement to be able to use the rest of the consignment. So just require a point of contact to sort this.

Well packed, arrived soon after placing order.

I ordered my items and payment was made, taken out of my account and a couple of days later an email arrived saying my items were bring refunded. No reason given. I've emailed the customer service desk but have received no further information. If refunds are given a reason should be included as standard.

3 emails to their 'enquiries' email, not a single one replied to. 2 calls, voicemails left, no call back. As this total lack of professionalism shows zero customer service, I will be ordering these tiles elsewhere.

Placed order and within 2 days had taken delivery of our tiles. Excellent service.

House of Mosiacs dealt with my order very efficiently and helped me overcome some difficulties with the delivery (which was not their fault). It was an excellent and personal service. The tiles arrived safely and look great.

Your communication is bad

An item I ordered was out of stock and refunded - that was great that the refund was processed

However, I have emailed multiple times to see when the product I wanted would be back in stock - or if permanently out of stock - radio silence. Really disappointing

3 orders for the 'same' product produced two different tile sheets. Same finish; but of different sizes. House of tiles does not answer their phone, do not reply to my emails and don't respond to the messages on their website's message service

No stock. B&Q took the money, I expected to be finishing my bathroom last week. Then going directly to House of mosaic, no stock so I thought maybe they had enough samples but no, took my money but no mosaics. Don't offer goods that are not available. Is this what AI gets you?

Excellent service and product quality

I needed only 1 specific tile to finish a job started some time ago and the tile had been discontinued in my local retailers. I found the tile in Houseofmosaics. Whilst browsing the site I noted the wide range of totally different tiles available. The service received was excellent. I was kept updated throughout. I will definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them.
